I called Carson children's dentistry for an emergency appointment specifically for my 2 year old for a chipped tooth and was told it could be done. When I came in, my daughter was seen by a regular dentist, not a pediatric dentist, at the Carr dental center. They put a full sized lead suit on her (they didn't have one for kids) while taking her x-ray, leaving her thyroid pretty much exposed. The dentist was nice enough but referred us to a pediatric dentist. The front wanted to schedule us for an appointment which wasn't available until a month later. I told them I will call them back if needed and not a schedule an appointment. I get a text next day saying they have scheduled an appointment. I had to call them to then cancel that appointment. The notices I signed prior to getting my daughter examined mentioned that a no show is $100. It was ridiculous enough that the front didn't mention they didn't have a pediatric dentist that day. On top of that they scheduled me for an appointment that I specifically asked not to be scheduled for.

This place is a scam, if you want to have dental work done and get ripped off ,then this is the place for you. Stay away from Gloria if you don't want to lose money on your bill.

They're service is not good! You will wait for more than an hour either you have appointment or walk in! Then the root canal of my son I paid $3,000 and after couple of months it feel off and I have to pay for glue for $50 then after a year its fell again and since it's not right a way they said its not fit anymore they want us again to $700 and that too much!!! So I have to find the better dentist services! We will not come back anymore!

Was experiencing horrible pain . Had a couple teeth extracted . Monica along with the doctor were very helpful and the procedure went very smooth . 10/10 would recommend if you are ever I need of any dental help!!

Let me start off by saying I am TERRIFIED of the Dentist. Care Dental was amazing from the first phone call I made to book my appointment. The whole staff was so friendly and made me feel at ease. Monica was the best! She made me feel so comfortable and eased my anxiety. The Dr. was amazing! Told me what I needed done and gave me a whole breakdown of what we were going to do. (Last dentist I went to told me I needed so much more work than I really needed) This Dr. was honest and kept everything so simple. This is definitely my new Dentist I highly recommend Care Dental Center.

#AWESOME Staff! Excellent Interpersonal Skills! I accompanied #My1AndOnly (So she's 37yrs old)for oral surgery. I was soooooooo ELATED w/their expertise that I'll b joining them for open enrollment n October! TY for making Us feel #Comfortable & that's something I've NEVA been able to do until yesterday! I went there last year for cosmetic treatment 3 times and they didn't get right color of my crown they never fix the color so my teeth is dark , so disappointed

This place is very unprofessional the wait time was ridiculous I waited two hours just for a cleaning I didn't even get to get my teeth cleaned the same day the hygienist was busy I had to come back in the afternoon the receptionist are very rude and unprofessional it was my first time there and I don't think I will be returning when I went back in the afternoon to get my teeth cleaned I had a diamond on my tooth and the hygienist knocked it off and didn't even tell me that they knocked it off I didn't realize it until I got home I don't recommend the central office to anyone

Let me start by saying that I hate going to the dentist. Previous experiences at other offices made me fear going to the dentist. I came across Care Dental Center on google maps, it showed high ratings and good reviews so I decided to give it a try. The experience couldn't of been any better. I felt comfortable and well taken care of from the moment I called over the phone to the moment I walked out of their office. The office is clean, organized, sanitized, and PROFESSIONAL. I am very happy that I decided to give this place a try. I will not be going anywhere else to get dental work done.

I greatly appreciate the service I received at Care Dental Center. The doctor was very thorough, patient and kind. I was in a great amount of pain and the doctor took his time and carefully explained what was causing the pain in my tooth with myself and my husband and what would alleviate the pain. I am so grateful that everyday I feel better. Gloria was great also. She worked with us on the payment for services. I will definitely recommend Care Dental Center.

My experience, Had an appointment at 10am came in filled out paperwork sat for a long time then went to a exam chair. Got xrays and then wait. Then get told i have to make another appoint to get the cleaning... HUH thats why im here. If that was the case then I would have not came. But they still charged me for the visit and xrays... Now the next will be charged again for another visit. I did not get out of there till 1230. I dont like shady practices like this be upfront and give me the chance to say no ill take an appointment when everything can be done at once. Feels like a Nickle and Diming operation to pull more from the office visit charge than is actually needed and the forever up sale on a mouth guard you can by online for a fraction of the cost they try and sell it for. And if you have only 1 person to do cleaning dont book appointment for it and tell your customers to forgo todays appointment because we are just going to have to re-book anyway. Communicate and take your patients time and money into consideration not just what you can charge the insurance for. Oh and they solicit 5 star reviews... I have the ask card. Fake reviews for the win!

Worst experience of my life. As a physician my self I would never recommend this place to anyone. I went for a routine cleaning and I was moved from one room to another to consider Invisalign for my normal looking teeth. A loan of 4000 was put on my account the same day. I decided to not go ahead with it, since I did not need it. I have been asking for a refund for last 6 months which I still have not received after making multiple calls to clinic. Recommending procedures a patient doesn't need for money is fraud and that's what they are doing. Also don't go for the fake reviews. *They charged 4 times *250$ for the same dental scans with 4 different names. What a scam!! Be careful people.
