Had a appointment at 5:00 .did not get in the office to 5:40 2 times that happen. They want you there on time. But they don't start on time. Need to improve.

Very disappointed. Went for a first time client appointment and asked ahead of time how long to expect the appointment to take since I was on limited time. I was told 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived early, was taken back on time and had X-rays taken. After 50 minutes the dentists had not come in, the hygienist had not started cleaning yet and I needed to leave shortly. I went to the front and told them I needed to leave within 20 minutes and asked if I would be finished by then. The hygienist went to check with the dentist that had just started another patient! I ended up just leaving without rescheduling. With multiple small children it is very difficult to schedule these appointments and this was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. I was trying the office out for our family and it is safe to say we will not be using this office.

Went today for my initial visit and cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness in care taken at this office. The whole staff from the front desk to the hygienist to the doctors were extremely nice and genuinely caring. I will definitely be making this my new family practice!
