This place tried to deliver a crown on top of a tooth that needed a root canal. I took my bussiness elsewhere becuase they were rude prior to this but after requesting to go to another location for a second opionion the office staff became boderline hostile towards me. The manager is helpful if you need a refund. Dr. Michaels is never in this location as far as I've seen. You will see multiple other dentist. The front desk staff are some the rudest people I've ever dealt with. The technicians are particularly rude and will talk over you and pretend you are not even there. I would not do business here.

I took my parents there a week ago. Got good service. The staff are friendly and nice. The price is good with their MetLife HMO insurance and Humana Medicare Dental. There was confusion about the charge on irrigation as to whether the insurance covers it or not. I emailed them about it and got a prompt reply the next day informing me that Victoria will work on it when she comes back. Victoria called, and gave us the benefits of the doubt, took care of the charge for irrigation and gave us a refund. She also worked on both insurances to see how much she can save us and found a way to get another $10 off. So mom got a mid-level cleaning done for $50 with insurance. Victoria is fair, kind and professional. The doctor and hygienist did a good evaluation of my parents' teeth. They accepted the previous X-ray at another office from a month ago so they didn't have to go through unnecessary x-rays again. Dad needs to be referred to a periodontist first because his teeth are so bad. Mom only needed a mid-level cleaning. We didn't feel like we were being upsold nor told to have things done that are not necessary. The office is clean, modern, spacious and nice. Good experience overall.

Cardinal Dental has refused to process a claim with an hmo dental plan which was said to be accepted and then forced us to pay $4085 out of pocket and take out a loan to cover the cost. When i called to discuss the billing issue they Victoria said "There's no reason to process the insurance since it has co-payments anyways and that plan doesn't pay our company" This is unacceptable behavior. I am disappointed at the fact that this company would treat people in this manor. furthermore they refused to provide a record of treatment to see a new dentist and have been harassing my family to visit again after such inappropriate actions taken by their staff. I know for a fact that dentist get paid a set monthly rate by the insurance company for each patient covered by an HMO plan. If you value your oral health then save breath and DO NOT contact this establishment for dental care. They have no right to force anyone to take out financing.

I called today to see if they except my insurance and to set up an appointment, Not helpful at all. Could not answer any of my questions, very short with me. Extremely rude.

We moved to the area, I went to this dentist and will not go back. Most people who worked here were very impersonal, seemed like they wanted to push people through so the dental work seemed rushed and not done very well. When I wanted to follow up with the hygienist who just worked on me they told me to wait bc they didn't know when they would find her. I left in pain and am on the search for another dentist.

I had to find a new dentist because my insurance changed. I came here and the first two visits went well, or so i thought. I came in today for my scheduled cleaning and I was told they the buildup was really bad and I was going to have to have more work done. When I started going here I told them my previous dentist was having me come every 3 months due to my teeth being so close together but when I came here I was told it wasn't necessary. Today when I came in it was all new staff. I do want to say that the assistant who polished my teeth was very sweet, but the hygienist was completely rude. She was VERY rough with my teeth and gave me attitude because I told her it was hard to open my mouth too wide. I expressed my frustration of how this was not conveyed at my last two appointments and could have been avoided especially when I suggested coming more. i was told "sorry they said that but they aren't here anymore" I was already second guessing making an appointment because of the way she handled my assessment but to top it she made a comment about me to another patient next to me. THESE ARE NOT WALLED OFF ROOMS I CAN HEAR. I quietly asked the assistant if the other hygienist still works there and when she said no I decided just to leave. I will not have someone that rude and blatantly disrespectful work on my teeth. When I walked out front to politely tell the staff I'm going somewhere else due to my poor experience I was cut off with a THATS FINE WE WILL LET THE OWNER KNOW. This is how you treat people? No wonder they go through staff this easy. I would rather pay out of pocked with my old dentist then deal with a place like this.

I particularly have fear of dentists even though I'm a grown-up. I felt very comfortable with all the staff who are friendly all the time, so I didn't have any fear during their work! Their deep cleaning skill was great as well, also in every step they checked on me if I was okay. One more thing that I was satisfied with was, that they tried to make an appointment efficiently for me who lives far away from there. I was lucky to find this place:) Thanks to all their staff who helped me today! I highly recommend this place!

Great and cheerful staff. Open to suggestions and very efficient. My only suggestion is that they wear name tags since I only come once every six months and 1) Can't remember who's who, and 2) Can't tell who does what (I don't know if the person I'm talking to is a dentist, hygienist, insurance specialist or clerk.

They charge over double what other dentists do. They are always trying to upsell. Trying to make a quick buck off the suffering of others. I went somewhere else and had all my work done in one day for a fraction of the price. Get a second opinion and see for yourself.

I have been with this dental office for a few years now. After finally finding a dentist office I am happy with, I hope they never move from this convenient location. The front office staff are always nice and helpful and the technicians quick but efficient and friendly. The wait is very minimal (a small but modern facility) and you are in and out quickly. They have they latest technology which I feel makes the visit move fast.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment for cleaning and sat there for an hour only to be told the hygienist isn't available and can only do check up today. Recommend using any other dentist office.

I tried to get an appointment with other dental offices and most said there was an 8 to 10 week wait and I had a tooth bothering me. Cardinal got me an appointment the next day and were able to get two temp crowns on the same day. They are also very professional, courteous, and listened to my concerns. I think the temps are doing great will know more in a couple of weeks when permanents go in. I rarely write a review, but I think they provide excellent services for a reasonable price.

This was my first visit. I looked through several pages of options with my insurance to find this and one other choice. I wasn't fond of the whole two visits for an initial appointment (which I guess is standard now) and the possibility my first appointment could take up to 2 hours without a cleaning. Luckily, I guess that's worst case, I was there for about 50 minutes. They don't have online forms for new patients, which is also a bummer. However, when I got there everyone was pretty nice, although I greeted them before they spoke to me. I was called back pretty quickly and after a few issues with x-rays, the doc came in checked my teeth and only mentioned one possible issue. He was nice, honest and to the point. I'm very happy to have found a reputable and honest dentist through nothing but yelp and Google reviews. I'm optimistic that this is a good, honest place.

I have been coming here for a few years and I really enjoy coming here and that says a lot because I HATE going to the dentist! Almost every visit, Diana is usually always the dental assistant that assists the dentist when I come in and when she is not assisting, she always makes sure to say hello and ask me how my son and I are doing! She is my absolute favorite and she always has a big smile on her face and is very warm and welcoming! The last visit I had, Joe was the dental assistant and he was fantastic as well! He made sure to go into detail and explain every little thing to me which I really appreciated! The staff here are great and make sure that you are comfortable, they go above and beyond..so much so that they will give you a nice, warm blanket if your cold! It's nice going to a place that removes some of your anxiety and explains everything to you to make sure that you're okay before doing it! Oh..and Brittany up in the front is also a sweetheart, she always prints out a form to show me the costs and what not and if you can't afford it, she will do her best to try to accommodate! I highly recommend this location if you need any dental work done but if you're going to be late or have to cancel, make sure that you let them know ahead of time because if not, the front desk won't be happy!
