Beth began her career in dentistry as a Roaring Fork High School senior as part of the VOTECH program. The program offered a glimpse into healthcare. After figuring out nursing wasn't for her, her instructors steered her in the direction of dentistry. Dr. Brad Nicholson fostered Beth into his office and a career was born! Following his advice and guidance, Beth entered the dental hygiene program at Colorado Northwestern Community College in Rangely. After working in Grand Junction for a few years after graduation, Beth was welcomed back into Dr. Nicholson's office - Carbondale Family Dental. Eighteen years later in 2012, Dr. Nardecchia purchased the practice and Beth has continued her work here with him. She enjoys providing a valuable service for patients she has seen for many years - some children who are now grown and bringing in their own families! Good oral health equates to good general health and Beth is proud to be of service to the people of our community. Aside from work, Beth is the mother of two beautiful daughters, Jessica and Stephanie, the proud wife of Eric Hodera, and the steward of pets Nova and Wobbles.
Jenniferrelocated to the Roaring Fork Valley from the Front Range and joined the Carbondale Family Dental team in the summer of 2018. She has been in the dental field for almost 30 years, and enjoys helping patients have healthy mouths, beautiful smiles and be healthy overall, using natural products when available. Jennifer is passionate about educating her patients in the importance of oral hygiene. She likes the interpersonal relationships, conservative approach and team feel here at Carbondale Family Dental. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys cooking, hiking, biking, and spending time with her kids and family.
Veronica was born and raised in Carbondale and has been part of the team at Carbondale Family Dental for over 20 years. Her friendly and caring demeanor and wealth of experience are an asset to the practice and the patients that she serves. Veronica is fluent in Spanish. Outside the office, you'll find Vero out and about in Carbondale and spending time with her large extended family.

Today I had an emergency visit to the office due to a throbbing toothache. Thankfully I could get an appointment quickly. What a great experience. Katy at the front office was very welcoming, Veronica the dental assistant competent and gentle. Dr. Andy Nardecchia was very thorough, easy to talk to and also very gentle. I can highly recommend this office. Thank you Carbondale Family Dental

My initial experience with Carbondale Family Dental was wonderful. As mentioned in other reviews here, their team is professional, thoughtful and caring. Processing of insurance and paperwork was exceptionally easy and the front office team was so helpful. Unfortunately, after having three cavities filled at one time, I got a gum infection from food being impacted into the space left between my teeth from one of the fillings. Two months later, I had to have the second one replaced because a similar problem was starting. A year later, I am getting ready to book an appointment to have the third one replaced. I was also disappointed that no one from the practice followed up after I initially reported my concern. I ended up finding a new dentist to redo the fillings and didn't return to this practice. Perhaps my experience was an outlier, but I can't in good faith recommend the dental work at Carbondale Family Dental.

Is it weird to actually enjoy going to the dentist? Carbondale Family Dental staff members are not only professional but abundantly kind. I always leave my visits feeling well informed, well cared for, and empowered to navigate my treatment plan and insurance/payment schedule. As someone who needed a LOT of work done after years of avoiding the dentist, I never felt judged once I started going to this office. The staff are considerate and gentle during treatment, and seem well versed in the latest dental technology. The women working reception/front office are likewise so friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience as a whole here. From the welcoming secretary at the desk whom sent everything to me electronically prior to my visit for an emergency tooth extraction. After having pain for about 5 days I couldn't have been more miserable until I laid in one of the chairs. It took the doc all of 10 minutes to relieve the pressure in my face and send me on my way. Not to mention I received a follow up call the next day to see how I was feeling even though it was such a simple procedure. They feel like family here and I can't wait until my next visit

Incredible staff! They got me an appointment the day of when needed and it was hassle free. Really nice atmosphere, state of the art equipment and facility. Dr. Andrew is awesome! Highly recommend!

I have had ALOT of work done in the recent years. When the work started I shopped all around the roaring fork, I got a couple things done in a few different places but ultimately decided on carbondale family dental. The atmosphere is caring and kind. I'm always notified of appointments in a timely manner, and with the work I've had done.. I have felt genuinely looked out for at this office. Carbondale "Family" Dental is a perfect name because there is a comfort and familiarity that other larger offices can not offer. With peace and love. This is an amazing office that offers a very kind experience.

While I wish I didn't visit Andrew as much as I have been, every experience with him has been beyond exceptional. From follow-ups for implants to root canals and cavities, He and his amazing staff have provided the best service of any dentist I've ever visited. Additionally, he has been phenomenal in communicating options that fit my needs and budget, as well as working with my insurance (or lack of) to ensure the best possible outcome. Each time I visit I leave with a massive sense of relief, wishing I had gone in sooner. I hope I don't go back soon, but if If the need arises, there will be no hesitation.
