This place is typically great but Miranda is extremely rude. Both times I have had to interact with her she was both rude and unprofessional. I was going to review last time but passed it on as she was having a bad morning. Today was a confirmation that she is just that rude and unprofessional!

From the front desk to the back are awesome amazing people I got my wisdom teeth pulled today no pain as of right now they are very helpful and make you completely comfortable I highly highly recommend caravelli!!!!!

I'm from Hobbs NM .. so I was a little nervous scheduling and traveling , thankfully my experience from the first call to the last was amazing, the front staff was great! The back staff was amazing! And the Dr himself was very helpful i had extraction done at 31 weeks pregnant and they all made sure I was aware of everything and the best part, I didn't feel any pain! Truly awesome! I definitely recommend them!

Had a tramatic expierence and never wanna go back to that heartless women Dentist there. I kept mentioning to them how nerves I was ( because I was super scared! ) and never once received a word of comfort. Also, I was told that once under sedation I wasnt suppose to feel anything but In the middle of wisdom tooth extraction I remember waking up begging for them to please stop! and then feeling something just aweful! I hope I never have to feel that in my life again! Not to mention the rude way they were quickly trying to get me out of there at the end telling me to get up ! My husband even says I randomly kept negatively expressing myself bad about them while coming down from the anestesia ( which he taught was halarious).

I had an amazing experience got my wisdom teeth taken out and my recovery was incredible. I recently got a cleaning and the whole staff from the girls in the front to the tech to the doctor ( Dr.Usher) were amazing! They treated me so well and with a lot of care and patience! The real MVP was Ana who did my cleaning she's amazing!!! Dr Usher as well is just amazing!! Totally recommend

Most people wouldn't say they "love" going to the dentist, but these people are so professional and kind. I like that the dentist talks to me and eases any discomfort. They are patient and understanding. Thank you all!

I have had a horrible experience in the past with getting just one wisdom tooth removed and was in horrible pain for days later. Yesterday I went in to get the other three removed are was extremely comfortable. Especially being the first time I've been to this office I was comfortable! I'm in just a little bit of pain but nothing in comparison to what I went through with the last office that did a tooth extraction. Would definitely recommend !

I can't say enough great things about this practice! I was seen on an emergency and the entire staff was amazingly kind and courteous, not just to me, but to other patients being assisted in the office. Dr. Usher is probably the most down to earth dentist I've encountered and I felt completely comfortable in her care. My procedure was handled with compassion and I had minimal pain. The office even contacted me a few hours after the procedure to follow up.

Annah did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! She was so gentle and thorough. Everyone there is so friendly and courteous! Dr Keon Aghar is an excellent dentist and. makes you feel comfortable and not nervous. They are all amazing! I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family!

Awesome place. Annah is really meticulous with cleaning and gets to the point. However, when the reception call and leave a message and you don't return their call they call and call and call. Kinda annoying.

Keon, Sarah, and their staff are all great. They are knowledgeable, clean, and attentive. Keon is also so generous to the community. Will continue to go here for all dental needs.

With this COVID-19, I was leery about going to the dentist at all. The office was clean and inviting, the service was thorough and professional, staff was courteous and attentive. Dr. Ahghar makes you feel comfortable.
