Always a pleasure being taken care of at Capstone Dental downtown. Laura and the young lady at the front desk are so helpful and hospitable. Dr. Majumdar was very informative and knowledgeable about the services they offered. Dr. Snipes stopped by to say hi and check on me also during my visit! Two great Doctors that I look forward to working with for my dental needs.I definitely recommend Capstone for all your dental needs!

Personable, knowledgeable, and flexible. I had the most amazing experience here! Some of the nicest doctors and hygienists I have ever met. Even the front desk is so nice and helpful. I had to transfer to another dentist last minute and choosing Capstone Dental was the best choice I could have made.

Georgia does an amazing job cleaning my teeth! I've never had such a gentle, yet thorough cleaning. I'm very happy with the entire experience. Everyone is super friendly.

My partner and I have been coming here for over two years. We always have excellent experiences here. Every staff member has been great--warm, professional. I had to switch our dental insurance at one point and am grateful to Capstone for their help during the transition. I almost wish we didn't have to move from Columbus! Bye bye

Came back 3 years later to emphasize how great Capstone Dental is. This is a smooth, quick, and pleasant experience. I feel like the staff here is incredibly transparent and efficient. Georgia has been cleaning my teeth for what seems like years and it's always so pleasant and she does an incredible job. Seriously would give them 6 stars if I could.

Going to the dentist can be an intimidating and unpleasant experience, not the case at all at this office! I was greeted and seen immediately upon arrival. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to work out a finance plan and space out the work I needed done as well. Highly recommend.

The whole situation just makes me sad. To trust someone with your health and to be told they would do the right thing.I was traumatized by the lack of respect and professionalism. Always make sure your dentist knows how to do the work you requested. I just needed a gold crown and I now have a crown in my mouth done by a dentist that that was not interested in doing it properly then not fixing the problem they created.
