Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

There is no ID card, any group or member number to bring in with you. All your membership information is kept in your electronic record. Your effective date is the day you sign up and your expiration is 365 days later. You must contact the office to re-enroll prior to services being performed after expiration date.

Dr. Nitz changed my life! I've hid from dentists for over 20 years. My teeth got really (like really really) bad and it was so embarrassing. His positive attitude and skills as a dentist are phenomenal! My life is literally better now having known him and his staff!

Very, quick, did not experience much pain at all while having tooth extracted. Dr. S was very good about walking and talking me through the process. I was in and our in less than an hour.

All of the staff are so nice and welcoming. I have had work done by both dentists and they were quick, efficient, make you feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Love Capital Smiles! They have always been kind and friendly. They do an excellent job. My kids like going to the dentist. They genuinely care about you and get to know you. They know everyone by name when they come in. They really are just fantastic to work with and quality of work is great.

Very friendly dental office. The dentist is very knowledgeable and breaks things down in a unique way of comparisons, funny guy. Had a cleaning done by Chelsea, it was the most in depth, meticulous cleaning I've had. This is now my family dental choice.

I hadn't been in forever to have an examine or cleaning done. I was reassured that I would be taken care of and that it was a judgement free area. I was able to take a moment here and there when I got too nervous and Chelsea (i think) told me everything she was doing and was gentle! Thank you all so much, I can't wait to come back. :)
