I am an extremely nervous dental patient. I needed to have a back molar pulled. Dr Rosato, Janice and the rest of his team were very welcoming and calming. They reassured and explained exactly what would happen, how much insurance would pay and what the balance out of pocket would be. This is my second tooth to be pulled by Dr Rosato. I would recommend him to everyone.

I will be highly recommending this place to anyone who needs oral surgeon work done. The staff is so friendly and calming, Dr. Rosato made it quick easy and pretty pain free! He's such a nice guy as well. Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday by him and his staff and they helped calm my nerves, always checked in to make sure I was still doing ok. Again I would HIGHLY recommend! Thank you Dr. Rosato and staff!!!!!

I had a impacted Wisdom tooth and I called them on a Wednesday and they got me in for Friday, no second appointment, needed. Was extremely impressed with friendliness and they explained everything to me. I was given clear aftercare instructions.

This surgeon knows his stuff! My dad went in for a tooth removal and usually has a hard time with the extraction process, but not here! He was in and out in 20 mins! With no pain not overly numbed and with a smile on his face! We 100% recommend Capital Center for Oral& Maxillofacial surgery, PLLC to all of our family and friends !

The staff were friendly and welcoming and made myself and my 8 year old son (who was the patient) instantly feel at ease. Dr. Rosato and his team were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, including explaining everything to my son in an age appropriate manner. Went above and beyond when the prescriptions we needed post-op were unavailable at our preferred pharmacy. Exceptional care, would highly recommend this practice.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the receptionists were a bit rude and alienating the morning of my surgery. Additionally, I wasn't informed until after having 4 wisdom teeth removed that they would not be able to send a prescription for a painkiller to my pharmacy because their electronic system was down for an indefinite period of time. Waiting an extra couple of hours without medication was not fun. However, in the actual operating room, nothing could've been better. Everyone made me feel super comfortable, I felt no pain, and have had no complications so far. Dr. Rosato and his assistants helped ease a lot of the anxiety I had before going under, and the procedure went incredibly smoothly. I was home about an hour later, and writing this the morning after the procedure I'm feeling essentially back to normal.

Capital Center for Oral Surgery is amazing. Dr. Rosato is amazing at his work, I never felt a thing with my wisdom tooth removal. His staff is very kind and informative. I highly recommend Capital Center for any oral surgery needs. They're fantastic!

After 2-3 months, they still owe my wife and I almost a thousand dollars for a procedure they never did! The insisted we pay $950 in advance for a bone graft, then didn't have to do it, and now we've been waiting MONTHS for them to reimburse the money. They are super quick to get their money, but take their sweet time returning it. My wife had her surgery ages ago, still no check.

The only dr I trust to pull my teeth,had 4 removed going back soon to have another one out. Staff very nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went for a consultation at Capitol Center to have my four wisdom teeth and another trouble making tooth extracted. I had a few cavities in my wisdom teeth, and also a broken molar that was in a lot of pain. Less than a week later when I called to make the appointment for the extractions because of the pain, they were able to make me an appointment for early the next morning. I was relieved even if still in tooth pain. The morning of the extractions I was extremely nervous and anxious; like a lot of people I have had terrible and scary experiences at these type of offices. The front desk ladies were so polite and friendly with me, and so were the nurse who prepped me for the extractions. She could tell I was very scared and explained everything to me. She let me ask questions and even acknowledged that I wanted the lesser Novocaine that doesn't make your heart race, since it makes my anxiety worse. I was given about 5 different options for anesthesia, but I only wanted Novocaine and they respected my choice. She also numbed me with a rub before Dr. Rosato, who is very friendly, came in to do the injections. Of course they sting a bit, but the rub she applied beforehand made it not as painful for me which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Rosato was VERY quick and efficient when injecting the Novocaine, and he responded respectfully and carefully when I showed discomfort. I was given a few comforting minutes to let it set in before they immediately got to work with the 5 extractions, while another nurse was kind enough to give me a relaxing head massage. They had mentioned to me that if at anytime I want them to stop or I'm done to let them know, but they were all so efficient and productive I just wanted all 5 teeth out NOW. I am pretty sure all 5 teeth were out in a matter of 30 minutes, with minimal pain. I am so thankful that this team is so quick yet gentle and supportive, making something I was dreading for months a 30 minute process. They took such good care of me the whole time, coaching me through it and explaining everything going on inside my mouth. After extracting one of my monsters of a tooth in the back of my mouth, the doctor said, "You're so cute you're just this small thing and you have such huge teeth back in there!" I laughed (as best as I could)...they were HUGE teeth and I was surprised! I was glad they had some humor as it lightened my mood. The 5 tooth extractions were completed and the aftercare was great. They cleaned me up, made sure my mouth was all gauzed up well with minimal bleeding before letting me go, and they explained everything to me for aftercare. I am so grateful for their hard and outstanding work. They never made me feel embarrassed or ashamed, they just wanted to help relieve my pain and it showed. They restored my confidence in dental care and if (god forbid) I need another service like this, I will be seeking them for relief! Thank you to the whole team at Capitol Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Concord and Peterborough NH. I appreciate your help so much, and also your kindness and efficiency.

Very unpleasant, tried to reschedule with two days notice and got a 110 dollar fee (I wasn't canceling I was rescheduling but oh well I canceled after being told that and I'll take the $2260 cash that they were charging and go somewhere else, only came here apon recommendation, guess that was wrong. Bad business style. No Courtesy or understanding.

Skilled, compassionate, kind, and gentle is how I would describe Dr. Richard Rosato. I had a tooth that had a root canal a few years ago that became infected and very painful. After a consult at NH Endodontics (they are great!), it was determined that the tooth needed to be extracted. Dr. Rosato was able to fit me in the same day! I live an hour away so this was very much appreciated. His assistant, Alexa, was an absolute angel and the women at the reception desk were just lovely. Upon meeting Dr. Rosato, I was immediately at ease due to his kind and compassionate demeanor. He got me numb very quickly and the extraction itself was the most painless extraction I have ever had. I would not hesitate to visit this office again if need be. Thank you Dr. Rosato and staff! I would give you ten stars if I could!
