Low-radiation digital x-rays and Panorex panoramic x-rays promote early detection and diagnoses of dental issues. The earlier a problem is identified, the more quickly treatment can begin at our Capital District dental practice. To remove decay or to prepare a tooth for restorative therapies, we use air abrasion instead of a dental drill. For certain procedures that traditionally required a scalpel, we use a soft-tissue laser to minimize bleeding, promote quicker recovery time, and eliminate the need for stitches.

We also use our state-of-the-art iTero Intraoral Scanner to provide patients with model-less impressions. Taking molds of your teeth with sticky, uncomfortable goop are a thing of the past with iTeroinstead highly accurate, digital images are captured, allowing our dentists to utilize 3D views of your teeth when preparing your treatment plan. iTero also seamlessly integrates with Invisalign, providing patients with a computer-generated view of their simulated smile outcome, as well as better-fitting clear aligners.

Dr. Lieberman and Dr. Page share a dedication to continuing education and professional development, allowing them to remain at the forefront of modern dentistry. In fact, our entire team keeps pace with dental technologies and therapies to bring you comfortable and successful treatments.

Through safe, effective sedation dentistry, we can comfortably reverse years of dental damage and deterioration, often in one visit. Best of all, our practice offers every treatment availablefrom nitrous oxide sedation to oral conscious sedation to IV sedation.

Dr. Shiloh Lieberman is a graduate of the New York University School of Dental Medicine and has practiced dentistry in the Capital District since 1982. Because he believes in treating people, not just dental issues, he takes time to listen to the concerns of his patients. His greatest reward is your healthy smile. Through his focus on sedation dentistry, Dr. Lieberman performs complex dental rehabilitations to restore the oral health and wellbeing of many patients who have neglected their dental care over the years.

Dr. Lieberman is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. He also graduated from the highly lauded Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, where he is currently a mentor, as well as the University at Buffalo School of Dentistry's certificate program in aesthetic dentistry. He has completed both 'Implant 1 and Implant 11' training at the 'Las Vegas Institute for advanced dental studies, LVI Global. He is part of the Crown Council, which hosts the Smiles for Life program, a children's charity. Dr. Lieberman is also a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentists (AAID) and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS). Dr. Lieberman lives in Niskayuna. In his spare time, he participates in outdoor activities, including hiking, rock climbing, bicycling, kayaking, motorcycle riding, skiing, and running. He also is an active volunteer firefighter and captain of the EMT rescue squad for Niskayuna District One Fire Department.

Although dentistry is important to me, I believe that a professional cannot be a complete person unless they live a balanced life. Apart from my accomplishments in the field of dentistry, my greatest achievements are my two wonderful daughters. I am overflowing with love and precious memories of traveling, bicycling, kayaking with my children... all the while discussing dental advances and new emerging dental trends and technologies.

When not practicing dentistry and spending time with my children, I enjoy riding my Harley with my dental colleagues to visit each others' practices and taking pilgrimages to dental institutions of all kinds. My favorite hobbies involve painting, pottery and sculpture, and I never tire of finding new ways to include dental themes in my work. In the winter, you'll often find me skiing with my cohorts and regaling them with spirited discussions of recently attended dental courses and upcoming meetings and conventions.

In warmer weather, my friends and I love to hike, primarily in the Adirondacks, where we take along our dental study models and X-rays to discuss treatment plans. Usually, we wait until we reach the summit before sitting down to engage in these activities to enhance the experience and have something to look forward to.

After a long and arduous tooth-filled day, I unwind at home by soaking in my custom-made, bicuspid shaped bathtub, then jumping in my molar-shaped bed and drifting off to sleep counting incisors jumping over dental floss.

Disclaimer: Toothfully, all kidding aside, I do find that balance in life is an elusive friend, especially when there is an excess of passion in your heart but a scarcity of time. I enjoy giving back to the community, my many friends (some of whom I met in the practice), spending time with my now adult daughters, theater, playing piano, painting, traveling, gardening it is a lifelong project for me, as I'm sure it is for most of us.

Dr. Erin Page earned her undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo in 2005 and her DDS from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2009. She completed a general practice residency at Upstate Medical University at Syracuse in 2010 and has been in private practice since.

Dr Lieberman and his assistant messed up my teeth so bad. I am still trying to fix it. I took braces with him, when he remove my braces he filed my teeth and make it so much shorter. I had to stop him when I started to feel pain, by that time he had already filed half of my teeth away. Horrible service.

Love this office...helpful, clean, professional and knowledgeable! The receptionist got me in as a NEW PATIENT WITHIN A WEEK!!! That being said, these are my first impressions. The assistant (I'm sorry for forgetting her name) was very friendly, helpful and supportive. She took her time with each X-ray...none of the equipment stabbed or pinched me. I've never had such a comfortable X-ray in my mouth! Dr Page was sweet, knowledgeable and explained everything. She began by scheduling an appt for me to get a filling the next day! She began preliminary treatment plans for both my long and short term goals. I haven't even had a cleaning yet! Bonus item: They will bill your insurance policy for you! This is great for me...previously, I've had to do it myself and I dreaded the process. So far, I'm thrilled to have found this office and I'm confident that will remain to be the case.

I have been very happy with the services thus far, but I am distressed to discover that both my wonderful dentist and my hygienist are leaving this practice. So sad!

I am a very anxious and nervous dental patient, and not very diligent with keeping up appointments. The staff here though, every visit, have a way about them, even the receptionists, with making you feel welcome, calm and relaxed. The waiting area is very relaxing and inviting as well. The dentists and hygienists, are very thorough with their exams and treatments, and explain everything in a way that is understood. All while still making you feel that you are their top priority, and not rushing to get to the next patient.

Unfortunately I have to give this practice 2 stars due to their terrible payment options and incompetent receptionists. You have to pay your full bill upfront here. It does not matter if the bill is $30 or $3000 dollars. And all they do after that is file a claim with the insurance to reimburse you and you are basically on your own from there. The clinic does not bother to check with the insurance company to make sure they received the claim or if there are any delays with the processing. The clinic botched my claim filing several times. One time they filed it with the wrong insurance, another time the claim never went through and I did not know about it. Once I had to get on a 3 way conference with the insurance company and clinic to resolve a miscommunication. All these delays caused my money to be tied up for months. Its just not worth the hassle.

Dr. Lieberman and Kim were SO great. Dr. Lieberman was very thorough, and took his time. I NEVER felt rushed. It is so nice to have a doctor make you feel like you can ask any questions you want and need, and are not imposing on them. He was very gentle with the needles for TMJ treatment, and I felt no pain. Literally. And he knew what my pain was before I said it. I have been going to so many doctors for MONTHS. Dr. Lieberman not only validated what I have been feeling by giving an exact reason as to why it is likely I've had this pain, but offered 4 possible solutions. 4. I will be going here for all my TMJ needs.

Everything was great. I chipped a crown and it was really loose like it was going to fall off. I got an appointment the same day and got a temporary crown. Nice and clean office with professional staff. I'd recommend to anyone.
