My visit was very positive without any bad things to report. I called ahead to say I was going to be a little late (ended up being right on time) and it was no problem. Alana (the receptionist) and Octavia (the hygienist) were both friendly and professional. It was as pleasant as a visit to a periodontist can be!!

I had a severe tooth infection & my regular dentist was unable to determine which one of 3 teeth was the problem. He prescribed an antibiotic & referred me to a root canal specialist. I'm not sure why he made that referral bc 3 of 4 teeth already had root canal treatment; the 4th tooth wasn't in pain. I called him back the next day & the office was closed for a week; he didn't return a v/m. A friend recommended I call Dr Sean for an emergency appt. I left a v/m & sent an email on the website & his office called the next day & offered a same-day appt at a time that was good for me. I was so happy & encouraged to find Dr Sean--a true professional who cares about his patients. He did a thorough exam, did X-rays & offered his best advice. I'm sure I'll return to his practice soon. Also, his dental techs & front desk staff were friendly, informative & knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to speak with every one in the office. Ty for helping me through this painful & scary emergency!

This was my first experience with a periodontist. I hope you never need the services provided by this practice, but if you do I recommend them enthusiastically and without reservations. Dr. Sean Ferrence is thorough, professional and skilled. He explains what he is about to do and why. He solicits and answers all of my questions. He is appropriately deliberate and conservative in his approach. The other professional staff is similarly skilled and caring. They seem to enjoy what they are doing and work together a team. The administrative staff are friendly and helpful, especially with respect to scheduling. Submitting my claims to insurance, however, has not been as smooth as the other aspects of my experience.

I've been treated here for over 30 years! Dr.Ferrence performed complicated gum surgery 30 years ago, and my gums have been healthy every since.The hygienists are gentle and thoughtful.

Following two implants last April by Dr. Ference my dental health is very good as I continue a very active retirement. Octavia, my dental hygenist is helping me comfortably keep my teeth clean and maintained.

I went in for laser periodontal work. I was nervous about the dental laser surgery, but Dr. Sean Ference and his amazing staff put my anxiety at ease. I felt taken care of throughout the entire procedure. Sean even plays music of your choosing to help make you comfortable since it's about a 2-3 hour procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Sean and kudos to the staff for their professionalism.

Hearing your 19yo son has broken his two front teeth is devastating. Then being faced with an infection a year after initial repair and significant bone loss was even more devastating. This is our first experience with Dr Ference and I wish we went to him with the initial injury. His knowledge, skills and compassion are uncanny. I knew my son was exactly where he needed to be to have this fixed properly. Dr worked with his tight school schedule working through his lunch. So grateful.

My third dental surgery by Dr. Sean Ferrance. Once again. I experienced the latest in surgical treatment and state of the art equipment. The education, professional school and advanced studies by this father- son team is unparalleled. I used to dread it when I saw a dentist appointment on my calendar. No longer. Friendly staff and prompt service lead to the most quick and pain- contained surgical treatment.

Great professional job. Patient orientated. Like the new paper work. Idea: You might add medications to the bill/upcoming appointments sheet. At 4pm no pain, no swelling. I used the ice cream on that side every hour or so. Sad that my prescription took so long to get to the pharmacy, but resolved.

I am very pleased with Dr. Ference. It's difficult to find professionals sometimes who are as skilled and dedicated as Dr. Ference. He is confident in his work for good reason. He has performed several procedures for me and fully explained my responsibility for maintenance after his work was completed. I followed his advice and am more than satisfied with his work. I met his son at the office and I am also glad to see his son has joined his practice. I felt assured that his knowledge and care will meet the same standards as his father.
