They took excellent care of me today. Doctor Cavola and the nurse were very attentive. Explained everything for me. I was very comfortable with them. Dr. Cavola called me later in the day to check on me and asked questions about how I was doing. No pain. No worries. My thanks to Doctor and staff. A happy patient

I had two teeth pulled at Capitol Oral and Facial Surgery! I went there with a great amount of trepidation! But my experience was simply excellent in every regard! I'm not a huge fan of the pain associated with having teeth pulled out of my face - but they were able to put me under for it! I blinked my eyes and it was done! I will never go anywhere else! Mark

"Elbow bump " amazing. ! I have severely high anxiety especially when dealing with my mouth and I was able to get 4 pain in the butt wisdom teeth out. Thank you so much for assuring me this was completely normal and that recovery would be a little rough but I would get through it ! Thank you so much ! You guys did an amazing job. Your faculty is top notch clean and professional. !

They were wonderful with my son, who is fearful of having dental work. A friend came with us on the 1st visit and was upset about the requirement to wear a mask. (She was also asked to wait outside, they only allow one person with the patient). She went outside and then started posting bad reviews, because of the mask. The office manager came to the exam room and told me they couldn't treat my son, unless/ until she took it down. She took it down. The dentist said he didn't care what she posted, he would still treat my son and he did.

Procedure: Wisdom tooth removal Capital oral and facial are absolutely amazing! Coming from someone who has always been petrified of the dentist and anything oral related they helped me comfort me more than most people. Dr. Cavola guided me every step of the way and explained the procedure of the way. They relieved my anxiety and Dr. Cavola even called and checked up on me after! Please go here if you want to get any type of oral procedure done!

This place tries to get the most money out of their patients. 1. They ask for unnecessary x-rays (ex. Teeth xrays for lip issue.) 2. They make you pre-pay out of pocket even if you have insurance and don't tell you upfront costs. I rescheduled my appointment with a 3 day notice and the receptionist said if you cancel your next appointment you have to pre-pay full cost! I ended up canceling altogether because I didn't want to deal with them. 3. They will threaten to make you pre-pay even if you do not want to do the surgery. Edit: doc called to clarify few things about prepayment and how receptionist provided incorrect information. The receptionist told me a day prior "if you cancel your next appointment even with a month early notice you still have to pre-pay full amount". Which is why I decided to cancel my apt altogether.

I got my molars removed here and they did a great job. Dr. Cavola was very friendly and did amazing work. The anesthetic they use didn't even make me loopy afterwards, and the pain medications they prescribed weren't opioids. Overall, I feel this place is high-quality and well-run and I would recommend it to anyone.

Staff is very professional, offices were clean, procedure went smooth, the process was explained and questions answered. Follow up call from the doctor was nice, too bad I was sleeping afterwards. I highly recommend them.

Dr Cavola and his staff at Capital Oral and Facial Surgery were great. They made me feel comfortable and kept me well informed during my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Cavola and the Holly Springs facility.

Everyone was so kind and sweet to me during the entire process of getting my wisdom teeth out, it went very smoothly and they really make sure you're comfortable! Overall had a wonderful experience, and would recommend anyone come to here!

Very strange experience with our two (at $100 each) surgery consultations. We were "greeted" with a very stern, "You'll need to put THAT on your hands and keep your masks on!" (meaning a pump from a hand sanitizing station) the very moment we walked through the door, which put us in a startled-defensive position. While were ordered to do this, three women behind the desk were not wearing masks and were drinking from various cups and eating food while touching all kinds of surfaces. When I mentioned that the gel was optional and we had our own, she told me I needed to pay for both consultations immediately, before we had checked in, or seen a surgeon, and then gave me wrong incorrect information about our insurance coverage. The surgeon did give a very thorough presentation, and tried to explain everything, but it was very obvious that the other women who came into the room were aware of the fact that we had a negative experience in the waiting area. The oddest thing about being treated this way was that not one other employee (and there were several who heard the receptionist speak to patients rudely) intervened or gave any explanation or apology. It seemed like "business as usual." So, we are out $200 for the two consults, and we do not feel comfortable returning to the office for an actual surgery.

Well, it's official. I am no longer wise. It took 46 years for me to give up my wisdom teeth and Dr. Cavola was the lucky one to get mine. Dr. Cameron Cavola, the nurses & staff were all rock stars! They made me feel comfortable and it defiantly wasn't worth all the stress and anxiety I had the week prior. If I had 4 more, I would go back and give them to him too. In all seriousness, they were all great. I feel good, with only slight pain. 4 less teeth I have to brush. Win Win! Thanks All! Bryan

I am six days out from getting two wisdom teeth extracted, one which was fused to the bone and feel great! The nurses were extremely helpful and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Cavola was great and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Efficient service. The staff was very professional and caring. The dentist Dr. Cameron was like a ninja with his extracting skills! The only thing I would change is the volume of the music in the lobby. I would refer them to my friends and family!

I want to thank this place very much Wonderful medical staff. Organized people who take care of every detail. They make sure that everything is fine. It was very clean. They take care of health and peace. I had a dental operation three days ago. I feel very comfortable, and the doctors were very kind. They prescribed me the good medicine, and I am fine now.
