As someone who was extremely nervous to get a root canal I could not be more grateful for the experience I had with Dr. Singh and his assistant Alissa. They were patient, caring, and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend this office to any of my friends or family! Thanks so much.

When my general dentist told me to go see the endodontist. Dr. Singh was the name that kept coming up among my family and friends. I now see why! He was gentle and informative during my short and painless visit to his office. I didn't feel any pain and my tooth never felt any better. No hesitation recommending Dr. Singh and this office for any endodontic needs. Thanks again!

EVERYONE THE MAIN MANGER " AMY " LIED TO ME ON THE PHONE I HAVE THE RECORDING, SHE TOLD ME ITS $1800 for my route canal, so I make a appointment for consultation and pay $320, then I get told from the people in Clifton park that I have to pay $2800, this just isn't cool for someone who doesn't have the money, I have a Big Cyst in my teeth and now I can't pay that, so I tried another place and now I need another consultation for $320, I can die from this and they don't care.. but I guess I can't afford it now..

I am deathly afraid of dentists. Dr. Berls and his assistant Gabby made me more than comfortable and my experience was great. Dr. Berls was clear in explaining what he was doing and was honest with me when a problem arose. Hopefully, I never need endodontist services again, but if I do, I will return to Dr. Berls.

I had a root canal completed by Dr. Singh at Capital District Endo. He was very professional and thorough. I have not experienced any pain since my root canal. I am grateful for his wisdom to offer pain relief and to keep my tooth intact. I would highly recommend him!

Got recommended by my general dentist for a root canal so I went to this place. My general dentist did a shoddy job on my xrays, so this place did a few retakes for me included in my consult fee. Dr. Berls was very kind and explained everything to me. He could have just recommended doing the root canal because my tooth is in this weird spot where it might need one or it could possibly go without, but offered me a bunch of different plans of treatment and gave me the agency I needed to make the best choice for myself - which ultimately ended up not being a root canal at this time. I would recommend going to this office.

Dr. Berls was great. His listened to my issues, his exam was thorough and he took his time explaining his diagnoses. He will only perform procedures if truly necessary. Very caring and competent. Would recommend highly!

The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Singh and his assistant explained everything in detail and were concerned with my comfort. The office was impeccably clean. If you require a root canal, I highly recommend Capital District Endodontics..

Very nice staff. However, Dr. Singh didn't really listen to how much pain I was in. He sent me home and told me I did not need a root canal. Two days later I was having a root canal with another specialist that did listen. Maybe he is good at what he does, I will never know.

Dr. Singh did an excellent job. I highly recommend this practice. They provide excellent customer service from the beginning till the end. I am providing this review especially for people who may feel some worry about having to go. I had a great experience with them, and am glad I went.

The entire staff and Dr. Singh were calming, efficient, and professional. They assured me of the process for the root canal and checked in with me throughout the procedure. Tooth immediately felt better and I would recommend Dr. Singh and this office to anyone needing this type of care.

I found the whole experience horrific. The two women at the front desk were very unfriendly. The only good point was Alyssa, the tech. She was super friendly and explained things to me as she was doing them. When doctor Singh came in, I wanted to explain my situation and he didn't wanted to hear it. After my x-rays, I stopped in the bathroom, at this point I started getting shaky and my eyes welled up with tears. When I went back into the office, the dentist was questioning why I was crying in an aggressive manner. There was no calming in his voice, or reassuring words. Then, later on when I asked "are we half way done?" he almost chuckled!? He told me to raise my hand when I felt pain, and when I did, he was annoyed. I would highly suggest NOT going to this dentist. Now, I understand the other dentist in the office is good and got great reviews. But, Doctor Singh is not who you want if you are looking for a compassionate dentist that is able to reassure you you're doing good, that the procedure is going well, and it's almost complete.

This facility was absolutely incredible. The dental assistant went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure as I am 38 weeks pregnant. The procedure was quick and my recovery has been phenomenal. I highly recommend!
