Dr. Zitofsky completed his Undergraduate Studies at Emory University in 1999. He then attended Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine where he graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree in 2004, and was bestowed the prestigious Award of Excellence in Operative Dentistry. Following Dental School, Dr. Zitofsky decided to continue his education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of Florida College of Dentistry which he completed in 2005. In 2017, Dr. Zitofsky completed his fellowship in the International Dental Implant Association followed by missionary work in the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Zitofsky supports organized dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the New York Dental Association, the 4th District Dental Society, the Southern Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce and the Spear Study Club.

This is a good dentist's office! I see Kristen for cleanings. She's bright and cherry, and does thorough work. I've never waited more than a few minutes to be seen--this isn't like a typical doctor's office. And Dr. Zitofsky has seen me for evaluations and fillings. He's friendly, and works as quickly and painlessly as the job allows. If you're looking for a dentist, give this place a look!

Hygienist Jenna is absolutely fantastic at making you feel comfortable and being gentle while cleaning. They're booking pretty far out but Denise, who handles scheduling, put me on a cancellation list and I ended up getting in about a week after I called.

Dr. Zitofsky is a great dentist - both for everyday dental work and implants. His assistant, Sabrina, also provides excellent service. And Kristen is as good a dental hygienist as I've ever had. Highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to Dr. Z since he bought the practice from Dr. Rentz. I was a little apprehensive as I had been going to Dr. Rentz for 20 years. I must say I am glad I found him and he found me. Always a great attitude as well as his staff. 10 stars! And 5/14/22........another 5 X 2= 10 stars!

All of the staff is so friendly and Dr. Z is awesome!!! I would highly recommend this practice, especially if going to the dentist causes you anxiety. This practice is the best practice that I have ever been to and never mind going to the dentist at all anymore because of the incredible staff there!

The hygienist I had was wonderful. She told me everything she was doing and was very friendly. She was also helpful in suggesting ways to help with my tooth sensitivity. The doctor spent a good deal of time with me and really listened when I was describing my trouble. My ONLY hang up is that they have such a booked schedule that it's so hard to get an appointment if something comes up with a regularly scheduled 6 month check up. Last time I rescheduled, it was a 6 month wait for a new appointment.

Dr. Zitofsky and his staff are wonderful! Calming atmosphere, thorough explanations, personable staff. They treat each person like they are the only ones in the office and I never feel rushed or like I am just another number. Highly recommend!

5 stars does not do justice ! I have to say This is one of the best dental Offices in the area! I had a root canal and A dental implant Crown put in by Doctor Zitofsky. and I have no complaints. I feel so much better having my teeth fixed up. The Staff is wonderful and so helpful as well especially Denise! Thank You Capital District advance Dental Arts for helping me smile. I've been a patient of Dr. Z's since he bought the practice. I came to him with ridiculously sensitive/painful teeth and we mapped out a plan to solve the issue. Today, I am pain free thanks to Dr. Z! His staff is great and the hygienists are thorough and gentle. I've referred many people to Dr. Z and they have all thanked me for the reference. It's a great practice and I'll be a patient as long as Dr. Z owns the practice.

Dr. Zitofsky and staff are truly Amazing and Professional in Every way! My husband and I can't say enough about this practice! My husband has never had such dental care as he has had with this practice! As for me, they have been Very Attentive to my dental care as well! My first experience with this dental office has been wonderful. I have a lot of dental issues going on and have anxiety when it comes to the dentist. They were very friendly and welcoming and not at all judgmental. They fit me in as an emergency visit and did a wonderful job explaining what I need & the steps moving forward, including a clear explanation of the financial commitment. The appointment was timely and the office was incredible clean.

The hygienist did a fairly good job with cleaning albeit a bit rough. What caused me to downgrade this practice to 1 star is the over-selling of deep cleaning. I frequently visit (twice a year for check up and cleaning) receive dental care for last 30 years. I floss and brush religiously and I apply tea tree oil to my night brushing which tremendously prevented any gingivitis issue. My previous dentist out west always mentioned that I have some bone loss but never diagnosed that I have gingivitis and commented that I did a good job taking care of my teeth. This dental office claimed that I have severe gingivitis and needed deep cleaning. And, the deep cleaning will slow things down but is not a cure of anything. I recently talked with my friends out west about dentistry and we all share a similar story that dental offices are hard-selling deep cleaning as part of the practice. So be aware of this tactics.

we did a loop turn in the parking lot to go somewhere else, and the pavement was freshly done and very smooth. Also the paint job was very nice!
