I called at 8am morning of appointment to let the staff know that my 3 year old woke up with a fever and to please call me back to reschedule.( His appointment was at 11:30am). I received a call at 11:40 asking if I was on the way. After informing them of my voicemail, the office personal told me that this is now a no show, and I am not allowed back without a doctors note. Mind you, I was never informed of a late cancellation policy, nor did I think that they would rather have a child with a fever in the office opposed to politely informing them of why I did not think it wise to show up. My pediatrician did not recommend I bring my son in at this time, because there are no signs/symptoms indicative of that. I am highly disappointed in this practice and do not recommend this office.

I have used this dentists for years for my three children, but the past few times we have experienced billing issues requiring multiple follow up calls and last minute scheduling changes with lack of flexibility.

I would not recommend this place at all! Similar to the issues previously stated, at the beginning of the pandemic, my children had four appointments scheduled, but the appointments were canceled without notice. I did not find out the appointments had been canceled until after the fact. Then, after my children's most recent appointments, I received a bill via mail that showed an outstanding balance. I called to inquire about the balance and the office personnel could not tell me why an outstanding balance had been attributed to my child's account even though no balance was owed. Actually, at that time, there was a small credit on the account. After speaking with them about my concerns, the office staff then proceeded to tell me that they could not regenerate the bill I received as if I had manufactured the bill myself. Then, they sent me a second bill with additional charges added to the bill that did not appear on the first bill that I received via mail. My children's insurance also changed during the pandemic, so I also had some concerns about them performing and/or billing for work that may not have been necessary once their insurance changed. If you decide to use this place, please pay close attention to your bills and the services actually being rendered for your child. After four years, my children will be seeking services elsewhere.

The first two appointments went really well so I thought we're in good hands. We went to a male dentist, really friendly, kind and caring. However, we then had to go to a younger female dentist and after the 3rd visit my youngest daughter was really shaken. And after the 4th, my eldest daughter was clearly traumatized and told me she could hear her sister scream the whole time while she was in the room next door. When I went to the back to pay, I heard her screaming and stormed into her room. No one once came to call me! She was in a terrible state and told me the dentist was hurting her and she could still feel everything. They treated her like a baby and I told them she is obviously old enough (7) to tell them that it hurts. When it came to the final account their billing was also wrong. They wanted to charge me almost $1000 more than the original quote and they had an inexperienced person trying to help me. After almost 6 months we got our final account and luckily it wasn't that much.

I took my kids there for 7 years and then they discontinued them from being seen there (yes, during a pandemic) without prior notification saying that I missed multiple appointments (the last one being in the beginning of the pandemic) although I had never confirmed the missed appointments in question. I was transferred to speak with the supervisor who was just as clueless as the woman who picked up the phone initially. Terrible customer service and won't be referring anyone to go there.

We took our 18 month old in for her first dental visit and were pleasantly surprised that she didn't cry or fuss at all. Dr. Moore and her staff truly have a gift of making children and parents feel at ease. We had heard conflicting advice regarding when you should start going to the dentist (12 months old to 3 years old) and I'm glad we started when we did. We will definitely be going back to Dr. Moore every 6 months!

I was looking for a new dentist office for my two kids and this place is a gem. My two children were all smiles during the appointment and were even asking when would they come back! Dr. Love was very attentive to all of our needs. She took the time to answer all of my questions. She really cares for her patients and their families. I will definitely bring my kids back.
