I use to like this office. But now they change management and employees it really sucks. There has been few visits that I have to wait more than an hour to been seen w/appt.. If I want to reschedule it takes 1 month.. they don't work with our schedule.. specially if kids are at school.Front lady not to friendly or helpfull. I don't recommend it any more.

Terrible service, they don't my return calls I came in for sensitivity, they did three crowns yet I still have sensitivity in same spot, I have complained about this right after and many times over the last 6 months and come in, everytime, they add in another charge fix another tooth next to it, yet never fix the sensitivity, they say now I need Invisalign, still no help and meanwhile I can't eat on my left side still for last six months and thousands dollars still has not fixed the problem, I trusted they knew what they were doing, now I can tell they don't know what they are doing and they don't care about me

I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone. We went here because they accepted our insurance, but I am so glad we don't have to go here anymore now that we have new insurance. They are unorganized, chaotic, and I don't trust that they know what they are doing to be honest. On a few occasions I had to correct them on which one of my children they were working on AND what procedure they said needed to be done! Also, I called to have our xrays emailed to me (a request from our new dentist)... after following up because I never received them, I was told by the extremely rude office manager that they charge $50 per patient to email the xrays over. Not only is that extremely excessive and unethical, I'm fairly certain it is also illegal. Per federal HIPAA laws, a patient has the right to their records. The law says a nominal fee can be charged for postage or photocopying, but nothing may be charged for labor in the search for records. The office manager had the audacity to say that she doesn't work for free and it's a lot of "work" to find the records and email them over. Thank goodness I never have to deal with this place again. If you have the option, go elsewhere.

l have been requesting for my child's estimate of the treatment plan and photos of the X-Rays. But they still didn't do anything after 3 weeks and keep telling me that they will do it. l think they worry if l want to go to another dental office. But this is not the right way to keep the customer stay with them. When l called for the copy of them so l can pay for the surgery, but they told me that they didn't want to talk about my child surgery, less l come to do my deep cleaning. Can you think they can help you better, no way!

Edit: So I ended up going back recently to get work done. The dentist who worked on me before is no longer working there. The dentist I saw was wonderful. I felt heard before and after the procedure. All my concerns were validated and addressed. I ended up having to have a tooth pulled and the moment I groaned in pain she stopped and gave me more Novocain, as they SHOULD. They were also very respectful of my dental anxiety and let me listen to music and stuff while they work on my teeth. Much better_ 2018--Most painful procedure I've ever had. Had a root canal and they didn't listen when I said I need more Novocain than the average person. I felt every bit of my root canal. Also a year later and I'm having to fix 4/5 fillings done by this location. So now I have to pay all over again to fix his shotty work. My only advice, don't go. If you are low income they don't take care of you at all. The discount you get just means unfinished work.

Capistrano Dental is a rip off. They over charge. The dental assistants are rude and unfriendly. There is always a wait of 1 - 1 and 1/2 hours.

Dr. Ruben is the pediatric dentist here and he took his time and took good care of my daughter while getting a filling and a spacer put on. Definitely made us feel comfortable about getting dental work done on a 7 year old. Thank you to all the amazing staff here.

Brought my daughter in for a filling. Dr. Ruben and the team made my daughter feel safe and the procedure was quick. The office was clean and everyone had a mask on and was cleaning the rooms between patients.

Stay away if you have children that need any type of dental services. Please do the research before letting them do anything here. STAY AWAY! I came here as my insurance covered this place. They were not kid friendly and didn't have patience with kids. I tried this place With my child and it was the worst traumatic experience we had to go through and ever since it's hard for him to not be horribly anxious of dental offices. The pediatric dentist had no interest in building trust with my child Or any child In there to make them want to come to a dentist. She wanted to just collect money and rush the work and be done. I thought I was doing what's best for my child. So she recommended a root canal in front teeth and fillings on very tiny cavities. Which resulted in very bad work. The root canals never healed and cavity fillings were not filled completely so those filling resulted in another filling. Very bad work all due to her rushing at the time of the procedure because she had absolutely no patience or concern for my child. He was strapped down which made him completely freak out and she didn't even try the gas mask like I was told by her staff she just straight injected him without even topically numbing his gums. And got right to drilling without giving him a few mins to process what had just happened. At the time I thought this was needed to prevent any more Damage to his teeth but looking back I should've did my research on an actual pediatric dentist who had good bedside manner with my child. In the room while she was rushing as my child was crying for nonstop for What seemed like eternity I told her to stop and try the mask because he was freaking out and I didn't know if it was him being scared or him hurting. You didn't even attempt to ease him into we were being treated like cattle brought in and rushed out and on to the next victim. We left that place mortified. Traumatized. The pediatric dentist was always rude and in a hurry. If she doesn't like kids this should not be her career. I decided to seek a 2nd opinion and found out my son did not needed what had been recommend and makes me wonder if she really cares at all about her patients well being instead of the money she makes off them.

This was one of the best dental visits I've ever had! Not only were the staff extremely friendly and accommodating, but they went out of their way to make sure my experience was as smooth as possible. The front desk staff even gave me the wifi password so I could work while waiting! I only went for a cleaning, but Dr Erene made sure to give me insight on how I could be improving. Will surely be back when my free toothpaste sample runs out ;) thanks guys!
