Dr. Diaz has successfully completed advanced training in Basic Life Support, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, and CAD/CAM. She is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, American Student Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and Psi Omega National Dental Education Fraternity.

Cannot trust the office & had to switch providers Had bonding done. Lasted a month. When I followed up on an overpayment refund, I informed the office of the poor workmanship. No offer at that time was made to fix the work. They Claimed to my insurance they that offered to fix it but that was not until months later. So they lied to the insurance company. An offer to fix the issue only when they tried to get me to return for my six month cleaning. It also took two months of chasing to receive my overpayment. What good is offering to fix the issue months later. Hallow offer No thanks. It's all about the money for them

Good location. Hygienists are great, but I get a new one every time I come. I haven't seen the dentist in 2+ years which is a little odd.

How does this place have an above 1 star rating They make you do xrays that aren't even necessary and then tell you its the law to have them done. Is there dental police that tie you down to perform these upcharging and unnecessary procedures.? Point being people you do NOT have to do anything you do not feel comfortable doing, just because their supposed to be professionals but lack the etiquette of one.

My previous dentist and hygienist have left and are now replaced with a new dentist and a new hygienist. I did not feel comfortable with either one of them and left before I had my teeth cleaned

Cape Smile is a professional practice with focus on their customers. I had a loose bridge that was done at another dentist office and that dentist would not take the lose bridge off and replace it with better one, the bridge had came off previously and I had told the dentist that I didn't feel the bridge was a proper fit, instead he put it back on and it then came loose, then he quoted me for another bridge involving more teeth for the bridge and told me to wait until this one came off, all this in less than a year!!! I then was referred to Cape Smile, I explained to the (woman) dentist everything that happened to me and that I needed a better bridge with a good fit, the dentist did not waste time, she looked at the bridge and with a few x-rays told me she could replace the bridge and was ready to start immediately!!! I had the new bridge put on three weeks later and the fit and feel of the bite was so accurate that I could not find any problems with my bite, they felt as if they were my own natural teeth, the look and finish was amazing!!! I spent a large amount of money trying to have all my dental work done at the previous dentist, but when you put your customers opinion like it's not relevant because you think what you know is better for them then you are no longer a customer, you are just a wallet spitting out money!!! I like the fact that the Dentist at Cape Smile listed to the way I felt and how uncomfortable the bridge felt, and she didn't make me feel like my opinion wasn't important, she focused immediately on a solution and I'm extremely happy with the results, I thank her and her assistant and the front office for treating me good and for being patient with me during that process because I was having a large amount of discomfort when I got there! Thank you Cape Smile for a professional job!!!

I had a horrible experience here before I made the appointment I called and asked do you guys take children I was told by the lady over the phone yes how old is your child I said he is nine I believe he has a cavity because his tooth hurts oh no let's schedule you to see the dentist I said OK great what's the first available date she tells me July 6 great I'll take it she says please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment great we get to the dentist at 8 AM I go up to the front desk hi I'm here for my son oh please fill out the paperwork fill out the paperwork sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes finally they call us to the back a lady helped us who barely spoke English but that's OK I can adopt I proceed to tell the lady what's wrong with my son she goes and says we need to take x-rays and pictures to get a better look to see why his tooth hurts I said great she asked do you have insurance I said yes so she takes x-rays x-rays get done I have to go show these to the doctor OK great not gone more than 30 seconds she comes back and says we need to refer you to a dentist that takes childrenWHAT!!!! You're telling me I took time out of my job to bring my son to the dentist that you said it would be OK to bring and now you cannot do anything what kind of operation are you guys running here it sounds to me like they're just trying to make a quick buck with taking x-rays and using patients insurance they had plenty of opportunities to tell me before going to the back to get the x-rays done that we do not take children as clients will not be going back they do not have any integrity at this place

I'll keep this brief because no one wants to read an essay. I had a cleaning done and they told me it was going to be $50, even had my insurance call to make sure because I was worried about this. In the end I paid $285 to have my teeth cleaned. They don't answer the phone (tried for 3 months to reach out to them with my insurance on the phone). They have some shady billing where they bill the insurance under another company name which messes with your claims. The cleaning sucked, still had plaque on my teeth immediately after cleaning. They were also booked out for a year, so I waited a year to overpay for the worst service. And when I told their billing department that this was my experience (which is just their front desk, they don't have a person who handles billing) she refused to fix the issues I mentioned (like them billing my insurance with the wrong codes). Her job was strictly to get the money from me like a collections agency. Cancelled all future appointments. DONT GO HERE!
