I love going to the bayside lakes one. They have great staff, and Dr. Jones always takes care of my issues. Keep up the good work you guys and gals.

They do procedures without your approval without explaining what insurance will cover. Terrible customer service. Will never go back.

Dr. Artley was fantastic throughout the whole process. He made me feel calm and explained exactly what was going on with my procedure. From the moment I entered the staff was welcoming and very kind. I will always go back!

Amy at the front desk is simply not happy with her job. I am not willing to spend hundreds of dollars to an office that has a rude door-keeper. Said she couldn't find that I had insurance-called another dentist while in the waiting area and they found it right away. Please learn to leave the attitude at home. Not returning.

I was very impressed and satisfied with my visits to Cape Side. The office is clean and well lit; the staff is polite and professional, from the receptionist Remair & Stacey Dental Hygienist Dominica and Dr Artley. I highly recommend Cape Side Dental. I was there to replace a crown and routine cleaning.

I'm new to the area and found this dental office through a Google search. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My 1st appointment I waited for over an hour to be seen while 4 other patients who came in after me were seen. I still decided to give them another try and scheduled a follow up appointment before I left. Put it in my calendar and guess what... the day of my appointment they tell me they don't have a 2nd appointment for me at all in the books. I don't know if it's an issue with the office or just the male receptionist I dealt with but you don't get a 3rd time to disappoint me

My colleague recommended Cape Side Dental in Bayside and her two girls and her have been going to Cape Side for 6 yrs. Due to the Covid, we have been super careful not going to any place not necessary. We decided to change the kids' dentist because it was too far from where we live and the kids did not really care for him. I brought my 8 yr girl to see Dr Jones for the first time because she had two cavities that I could see. It turned out she has 3 cavities. Dr Jones was very reasonable and she recommended to fix two cavities, but to wait on the cavity due to its location and depth of it since my girl has no pain at all. I was with my dtr the whole time from the beginning to the end. Dr Jones was gentle and did not need to use Lidocaine at all. Of course she discussed it first with me and asked for permission. My dtr liked Dr Jones and her assistant. The staff were friendly. She said she had no pain the entire procedure. We highly recommend Cape Side Dental.

Dr Artley has been taking care of family members for a decade or so. I am a fairly new patient , personally, and have also experienced nothing but caring professionals. We all have gone to the Bayside Lakes location, and I saw nothing but a clean office with helpful personnel. They all made me feel welcome and answered all questions patiently. I look forward to Dr Artley taking care of all my dental needs. Special kudos to Stacey, who is patient and attentive when answering the phone and scheduling. I previously was with one of the local "chain " dental practices for a decade and was absolutely over the ineptness of the staff and the rotating brand new dentists in to perform work. This last one seems nervous to do anything but filling or extraction. And if you need anything, they want to send you another of their offices. The billing is always crazy too. I then tried the new national chain (starts with a A....and is a Colorado city). Oh wow. Forget it!! Overpriced like 500%. Just look at your treatment plan....they nickel and dime insanely. As to the complaints /negative reviews I have one point. It is ultimately the patient's responsibility to make sure your insurance will cover your work and the dental practice you have chosen. Even within some Insurance companies there are nuances that can be from the specific plan your employer has negotiated. Always call your plan to see what's left on your benefit year etc. In summary, Dr Artley runs a professional practice. He is a kind man who is knowledgeable and can perform nearly everything you need within his practice instead of referring you out for specialty work . His office (again, we go to Bayside Lakes location) is spotless. The staff is caring and professional. I highly recommend that you try them yourself, and you see thru the negative reviews. Most of them seem like things that could have been avoided by informed patients who know how to navigate their own insurance plan. I also cannot speak to any complaints about the Palm Bay Rd location.

This was my hubbys and mine first visit, got a quick appt, on appt day office staff so friendly , very clean office , Donna was awesome and Dr Artley knew exactly what to do without question, also will only address the work you need now , very pleased he was on our dental plan we both have future visits scheduled. So happy he does all his own work without going to a referral for special work. Thank you Capside Dental

The dentists are great, it's the administrative staff that has issues. They gossip about patients and ignore people in the waiting room, it's some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen. They tried charging me $300+ for services that should have been $35. They said my info was entered in the wrong system and I only owed $35. I had similar experiences 4 or 5 times where they tried charging me $300+. I always wondered what if I hadn't argued and had paid what they originally asked? Is someone commenting theft there? I mean how can you misquote someone that much and that many times? (Always the same girl) I was told I had a $35 balance that insurance didn't cover as much as they thought. After working with the billing department, I found out it was because they went over my yearly benefits. This made me mad because, when scheduling I told them they were close to my benefits and if the deep cleaning was going to put me over I'd rather wait until the new benefit year. Once, they left my in the waiting room for two hours. Apparently, they lost my file. Instead of telling me this and having me fill out new paperwork, they left me sitting there. So there was only time to do 1/4 of the cleaning. 2 cleaning appointments turned into 4.

My whole family has used them since they first opened. Never wait to get in. Very friendly. Always ask how my family is doing.
