Meet Dr. Akshay Rajpal. Dr. Rajpal has been practicing dentistry in the Cape May area for over 6 years after his graduation from New York University in 2009. The most rewarding part of his career is seeing the joy in his patients face when he is able to give them their smile back! He is married to his wife, Snehal, who is also a dentist. Together they have two beautiful daughters. Dr. Rajpal enjoys spending time with his family, cars, and traveling.

I've been going to Cape May Family Dental for a few years now and am always pleased with Dr. Rajpal and his team of nurses and staff. They've fit me in when I've had an emergency over the years which I always appreciate. Highly recommend.

If you actually want to be seen and get the work done as promised DONT bother coming here. Several wasted visits just coming to sit in the waiting room for nothing. Check you're insurance and make sure you're not being billed for services not rendered. This place is a complete joke.

Horrible dentist! They do not care about the patient or take any pride in their dental work! Very unprofessional. They cancelled appointments 2 years straight for a cleaning. One time hygienist wasn't in they rescheduled for 6 months later 6 months pass text saying call reschedule dr isn't in this happened four times. Then another time Dr didn't k what tooth he was filling and almost filled wrong tooth. Do yourself a favor find a different dentist.I k someone else who got dentures they sized them wrong they are way to big and look horrible he can't wear them and instead being professional and correcting their mistake they told him get use to it. It's sad unethical and unprofessional. Quick sloppy work.

Very clean place and staff is very nice and excellent thank u to everyone at cape May family dental I just had my first visit to get denters done and look forward to my upcoming Wich coming from me is rare cuz usually I do not like going to the dentist at all! But the dentist and his staff maid me feel very comfortable and thank you!

Had a tooth pulled and gum work done with some stitches. dr. Meehan performed the surgery and did an outstanding job and explained the aftercare instructions. i am submitting this less than 24 hours from procedure and aside from a little soreness there are no lingering aches or pain..the Dr's at Cape May Family Dental are top notch with a friendly and professional staff

Terrible experience with his crown. Ended up having my tooth pulled. Then with another dentist that was there, having trouble with his filling and gonna need root canal .

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. The doctor is great, the staff is horrible. They don't care about anyone. I have been trying to contact the billing and financial department for 45 days because they are billing my insurance incorrectly and not one person has called. The front desk person is rude and hung up on me when I told her it's been 45 days no one has called. I am taking this to court.

Pulled the WRONG tooth (the tooth in front of my molar was extremely infected and very obvious but they pulled the molar insisting that was the problem) once confronted about it, got kicked out of the office. Unprofessional, nasty workers, even worse doctors and surgeons. Place should be shut done all they want is your $$$$

In my experience, Dr. Rajpal and his staff have been consistently friendly and professional. The team has been very accommodating to my schedule and needs, and I am fully satisfied with the dental care I have received, which has included routine care as well as multiple crowns.

Been rescheduled twice for a root canal for a tooth that is in serious pain. First was scheduled for April 4th, rescheduled for April 23rd, and now rescheduled again.

I had dental work done the tooth still has pain and the dentist said he would order some tooth paste he didn't and it's been five days of calling and nothing..Very Unprofessional...

I had an appointment for a cleaning scheduled 3 months in advance. I arrive at my appointment time just to be told THEY FORGOT to put my appointment in 3 months ago so I had to leave. They didn't even try to accomadate me since it was THEIR MISTAKE and told me I would have to wait another 3 months. Terrible place

The absolute worst treatment I have ever had. I thought this place had a good reputation. I have never been treated worse by any healthcare professional. I broke a tooth in December 2021. I'm writing this March 24, 2022. This process has been ongoing because my appointments keep getting rescheduled. When this started there was no pain. After my last visit 2 weeks ago my tooth is now hurting because it seems like the dentist drilled to low and my tongue was cut up for a week and a half. I called a few days after the visit to let them know I was having pain after last visit. They said there weren't any appointments available for 2 weeks. So I waited patiently. Then the morning of my appointment they called to tell me the dentist was out again. This was the 3rd reschedule and I am in pain from the dentists drilling still! I don't know why he's not showing up. You can't treat patients like this. It's not only the rescheduling and over drilling, it's the office staff. They could literally care less about the situation. They have been nothing but arrogant and disrespectful through the entire process.
