Abysmal customer service and care. Family member has had dental surgery scheduled for over two months, attended a pre-surgery appointment four weeks ago, and surgery scheduled for tomorrow morning. Patient cannot receive COVID vaccine due to other medical issues, office was well aware of this upon initial scheduling and during pre-surgery meeting this was reiterated. Very rude receptionist called an hour ago, less than 24 hours prior to surgery, to inform family member that surgery would not be done because they were unvaccinated and no exceptions would be made. After challenging this stance, the receptionist informed them that a PCR test could be accepted, but now it is too late to get that done so it will need to be rescheduled anyways. We are taking this is a sign of good fortune that our family member is not entrusting such an unprofessional, unorganized, rude and unethical business as this to perform complicated surgery, and will reschedule elsewhere. We are just hopeful that the medical issue at hand doesn't become a medical emergency due to the extended initial wait and now lack of care.

Dr. Wygonski and his practice are a stand up grade A 5 star medical office. They do everything in their power to make you feel like you're their only patient. In my experience they have always put my needs ahead of office politics. Dr. Wygonski is a very great doctor that is concerned about the well-being of his patients, they always are available by phone to answer my silly questions and call after each procedure to ensure you are comfortable and nothing is going awry. Would recommend to anyone that has any oral surgical needs!

Dr. Wygonski and his practice are a stand up grade A 5 star medical office. They do everything in their power to make you feel like you're their only patient. In my experience they have always put my needs ahead of office politics. Dr. Wygonski is a very great doctor that is concerned about the well-being of his patients, they always are available by phone to answer my silly questions and call after each procedure to ensure you are comfortable and nothing is going awry. Would recommend to anyone that has any oral surgical needs!

I called today to see if they could get me in for an emergency extraction under sedation. I came here in 2016 for the same thing, an emergency extraction, and I had a great experience with Dr. Wygonski. When I called today at 9:05am the answering service answered the phone. I asked when they would be open. The lady said 9am. I said "well it is 9am". The lady responded back with "well you need to be patient and allow them to get into the office and turn the phone line on". I waited until 9:30am and called again. I still got the answering service. I asked again when the nurses and doctor would be showing up. They told me they didn't even know if they would be showing up and took my name and phone number down. I received a phone call back from someone else who asked me what I needed done. I explained to her that I cracked a tooth and I have been experiencing pain in my jaw, head and my ear. She told me that they weren't seeing new patients and there was nothing they could do for me since they hadn't seen me since 2016. Seriously? What was the point in taking down my name and number then? Complete waste of my time!!!

Tooth pulled today. Such a nice doctor and staff. No pain. I will definitely recommend.

I am sorry to say this is not someone I would recommend going to if you need any kind of tooth extraction. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed in the beginning of October. I was in so much pain for well over a week and knew something was wrong. I could see bone poking out of my bottom jaw. I went back TWICE to see Wygonski and was told nothing was wrong- and made to feel quite stupid. He told me it was my jaw bone and that as swelling went down in my mouth it had exposed the jaw bone. He did not take any x-rays to confirm this. 3 weeks of discomfort and pain later a GIANT chunck Of bone came out of my mouth followed by another several days later. ANOTHER piece of bone presented itself a week later. After over a month with that piece of bone sticking out into my mouth - it finally came out. He clearly did not want to investigate any further or help me with my discomfort. That really is too bad.

Awesome staff! Great fast work. 1 hr for removal of a damaged wisdom tooth. No post op pain or swelling!

On 1/10/18 my mom had surgery on a bad tooth, She was very nervous about being put to sleep, but the Dr and his RN who put the IV in were absolutely incredible. She can't speak highly enough about her relaxing experience through the whole ordeal. My mom Barbara Borghi and myself would like to thank you all for your professional staff she loved the pretty blonde who put the IV in sorry did not catch her name but she was so caring and very informative. Mom is doing great. Thank you again Cape Cod Oral Surgeons and staff for evetything. Highly recommend to anyone 5 stars from us.
