Experience Dr. Joy (Ruoyu) Pang has been practicing dentistry since 1997. She was a Clinical Associate Professor at Periodontology Department, Guangdong Province Dental Hospital in China. To help ensure that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care, Dr. Joy regularly takes continuing education courses on the latest and best techniques. She is skilled at all general dental procedure, including wisdom teeth extraction and implants.
Family Dr. Joy is a mother of two vibrant and energetic young boys, Ben and Jason. She is fluent in Chinese. Outside the office, Dr. Joy enjoys spending time at gardening and reading with her husband, Kevin, and her sons.
Azalia was born in Elgin, Illinois and has remained in the Chicagoland area ever since. She is a graduate of the College of Dupages dental hygiene program and feels there is no greater satisfaction and reward in improving patients smiles and boosting their confidence. Azalia takes pride in educating patients on how to improve not only their oral health, but overall health. In her free time, she enjoys all things outdoors, from exploring local forest preserves to rollerblading and biking. Azalia feels dental hygiene is her calling and is here to better the world, one smile at a time.
Yesenia has worked in the dental field for 15 years and she enjoy every day she is at the front desk helping our patients with all of their dental needs. It is a remarkable experience to see firsthand the effect Dr. Joy Pang gentle and complete dental treatments make in complementing our patients smiles. When she is not at the office, she is at home keeping busy with her husband and their kids. Any questions in English or in Spanish? Just ask her, she is always available to help our patients achieve the best dental experience they have ever thought possible.
Jackie was born and raised in Bartlett, IL. After graduating from Bartlett High School, she attended Elgin Community College and received her Dental Assistant Certification. She also holds a certification in coronal polishing and pit/fissure sealants. For the past 6 years, Jackie has been working as a dental assistant. She enjoys working with her patients and getting to know them. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her one-year old son, Jack, who keeps her very, very busy.
Liz has been in the dental field for over 35yrs. She is a certified dental assistant as well as a certified dental laboratory technician. She is fluent in English and Polish. She has a husband and three children. Her older son is 25 and a fireman/paramedic. Next is a son, 23, studying aviation at Lewis University and finally a daughter,19, studying bio- chemistry at UIC. She enjoys helping people with their dental needs as well as getting to know them on a personal level. Her hobbies include gardening, boating, and hiking.

Second time going here for my dental concerns. First time was about my super sensitivity of one tooth. The tooth was sensitive to heat or cold and gave me sores, I did filling at other dentist and the doctor said I might need to do crowns and/or drills, etc. My tooth was just super sensitive. It shouldn't be the cause of pains/sores. So I went to see Dr. Joy here, did X-ray, Dr Joy proscribed me some ibuprofens for a week or two and problem solved. Second time was cleaning, Azalia was so nice, I definitely will go to her but I prefer Saturdays and unfortunately she doesn't take the shifts.

they charge a Noshow fee, never reminded you before the appoint or after the appoint, no vocie message, no phone call, no email, if there is a appoint. just charge you via a mail,no communication, a cool machine.

I am very happy with the service at CAP Dental Care. Everyone there is very pleasant. My experience with Dr. Joy and staff has been five stars! I had a filling replaced this week and now no more pain. Also, thank you to Anna, Dr.Joy's assistant who did a great job too!

I visited CAP dental as a new patient and really enjoyed everything. Typically dentist visits are not the most pleasant but the staff at CAP are awesome. From the polite and accommodating ladies at the front desk, to the dental assistants and doctors - all of the staff were great. They gave thorough explanation, gave advice and took their time. So glad I found my new dentist office!

Everyone is so nice. Very professional from the receptionist at the front desk to the dental hygienist and the dentist. They explained each procedure so I totally relaxed through my appointment. I would highly recommend CAP Dental

The Dr talked with me and said since I was not in pain it was not an emergency. I also went there today and they fixed my filling. Dr Joy has improved. She has done a good job, so far. I have been coming to this office for more than 35 years, not 30 years. The office has gone through a lot of change in the passed few years. It's hard to get used to. I will keep going there.

I have been going to this office for 30 years. Dr. Fako retired a year ago.I had a filling fall out they had no emergency appointments available. They didn't give me a name of another dentist to help. The dentist talks very soft, it is difficult to communicate with her. She also prescribed a medication I was allergic to. Otherwise she does a good job on my teeth. I will be going somewhere else.

I have to give Dr. Pang a big thumb up. One of my teeth was messed up at a different dental office. I had to go to the emergency room to get a pain killer. On the second day, I visited Dr. Pang, just trying to check my tooth by a different Doctor. Lucky enough, Dr. Pang is the best. She fixed this painful tooth with her excellent skills and endless patience. Have to say: thanks, Dr. Pang.
