Chelsie was born and raised in California, and recently (in 2020) moved to Casa Grande from Oceanside, CA, with her husband and son. When Chelsie is not working, she enjoys family time, sports, swimming, going to the lake, spending time at the beach, boating, camping, and motocross.
Chelsie has been in the dental field since 2011. After graduating as an RDA (registered dental assistant), she worked as a dental assistant and began learning front office and all back office procedures and responsibilities, including managerial duties. Along with dental assisting and working the front office for specialties like orthodontics, implants, cosmetic, endodontics, oral surgery, general dentistry, and periodontists, Chelsie was also the hygiene manager for a previous dental practice in California. She is very passionate about the dental industry. As a little girl, she claims she had a weird thing about loving teeth, and it was always an inside joke with her family that she would hang signs on her bedroom door that said you could not enter if you had bad teeth. She started college in a business degree, but she decided to follow her true passion, the dental field, and quickly became motivated to pursue dentistry and has loved and excelled every step of the way!
Chelsie and her family (husband and son) moved to Arizona to purchase their first home and settle down. While sad to leave her California home and her dental family in Oceanside, she soon made her way to South Mountain Family Dental where she was welcomed with open arms. She feels at home with her new dental family, where everyone shares her passion for the industry and excellent dental care, and most of all for the patients. Chelsie believes there is nothing better than working for a family practice that you can feel at home with, including the confidence she has for the doctors and entire staff. She feels blessed to work with CSD!
Dr. Dickerson attended Arizona State University and studied dentistry at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. He is always striving to further his dental education and stay on the cutting edge of dentistry through numerous hours of continuing education courses each year. Dr. Dickerson has completed extensive ongoing certifications, including becoming certified as a provider for implant dentistry, 6-month braces techniques, Invisalign technology, and a same-day crown system.
Dr. Dickerson and his wife, Deanna, have been married for over 10 years and have four children. Together, they enjoy hiking, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. They are thrilled to raise their family in the valley of the sun close to their families!
Hobbies: Dr. Dickerson is a local Boy Scout leader and an Eagle Scout, himself. He loves spending time outdoors, especially working on his yard. He is very big into DIY jobs and loves video editing and filming. His hobbies also include basketball, triathlons, and all sports.
Dr. Brueske attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Dr. Brueske has also been certified in Clear Correct Orthodontics. He continues his studies in order to be the best dentist and provide the most excellent care to all his patients. Dr. Brueske has had the opportunity to go on multiple medical and dental aid work trips to the Amazon, Caribbean, Central America, and Africa, during which he was exposed to many different procedures and experiences in both fields. Ultimately, he pulled his first tooth while on a trip to the Amazon, and became fascinated by dentistry: the rest is history!
Dr. Brueske was born in British Columbia, Canada and grew up on a farm in the mountains of Eastern Oregon with sheep, goats, llamas, chickens, cows, and horses; all of which were pets and taught him how to care for animals and other living things. He now lives in Scottsdale with his fur baby, a miniature long-haired Dachshund named Sir Rupert. When the Dr. Brueske is not working, he enjoys hiking, swimming, traveling, and finding new restaurants to try.
