Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I waited an hour to get my teeth cleaned. They polished my teeth before they cleaned them. They spent about 5 minutes cleaning them.

It's a bit frustrating that my dentist changes every time I go in. I also always have to wait for an hour to be seen even with an appt scheduled 6 months in advance. Last time I was over charged for a cleaning. This time they did a mediocre cleaning and didn't even floss between all my teeth. Not a fan of the new changes.

They want you to wear masks. But they don't. Half the staff isn't wearing masks or pulled down below the chin. Come on ladies. Wear your mask right

They ask you to wear a mask , signs everywhere. On the door, in the waiting area. But half these women aren't wearing masks. Kind of weird that act so much better than the rest of us. That they don't follow rules Note they put the same generic response for everyone. You call and they really just give you a bad attitude.

The ladies working in the front desk are very nice and friendly. But the waiting was so long! I think it is because they are short of dentist there.

Overall great experience. Just one of the dental assistants who finished my teeth cleaning by doing my polish could have had better customer service skills. Also my after care summary showed a fluoride varnish applied after the cleaning and charged my insurance for something I don't think I they did. Otherwise, the rest of the experience was great.

I have the biggest fear of dental offices and procedures! I avoid going. I cracked a tooth and made an appointment with great fear. The fear was unfounded as the whole office is so nice. From the front desk, the assistant who took my X-rays, the dentist and the hygienist. The dentist was great at taking my mind off of being scared, and made me feel at ease. I actually went back for a deep cleaning ( normally I freak out and just don't show up) and Noel was so awesome She didn't dismiss my fear, she validated it and took her time explaining each step and making sure I was ok. This is the best dental office I have found and will recommend it to everyone I know, even people I don't know!!!

Highly recommend Dr Neil and Noel the hygienist. I went in for a crown and deep cleaning. Dr Neil made me feel at ease and has a patient and caring spirit that eased my anxiety.

I have been going to this dental office for years and I really love the staff. They always make sure I schedule my next visit, which I appreciate since I have a very busy schedule. My grandson had dental surgery here and they took such good care of him!

TERRIBLE! From the very first visit, I had a consultation which led to discussing oral cleaning which was fine, I knew after a few years of not going to the dentist because of not having insurance that it would be necessary, however, they somehow managed to tell me it would cost $800 out of pocket to do the cleaning and that's WITH my insurance. I was very confused at first, scheduled the appointment regardless, and asked my family who has dental insurance if they ever had to pay that much for cleaning. They were shocked to hear how much they were trying to charge me. I made sure to contact my insurance to let them know the amount they were trying to charge me so I made sure to write down that it should only be $45 per quadrant and that they will make sure to send this over to the dental office this way they do not do anything outside of what my insurance tells me. HOWEVER--- I get to my appointment, thinking that since my insurance reached out to tell them how much I should be paying out of pocket that they would have it corrected, but NOPE! They were still trying to charge me $800 out of pocket. So I corrected them and that's when they said they will call my insurance to make sure that's correct. Sure enough, they did, and my total went down to $180 lol. I went ahead and did the cleaning since I was already there I have waited for this appointment for a month now and it's hard to get time off work to go so I did the appointment. BUT --- That's not even where it ends. Last week I had a really bad toothache that was throbbing every day which called for an emergency wisdom teeth removal because I already knew prior that I needed to get them out. So I called Canyon Springs Dental Group and was transferred to their third-party company that helps with scheduling appointments. They scheduled an appointment to get the surgery done in Rancho Cucamonga which is THEIR third party. I agreed to do the appointment, and they said that they would make sure a referral is sent to their office, and I would hear from the Rancho Cucamonga office to confirm my appointment the next day. The next day, I did not hear anything, the following day, I followed up due to the excruciating pain I was having, so I called Canyon Springs Dental Group, and I spoke to the front office and they were so quick to get me off the phone, they were like, "oh yeah, yeah, we will get that referral sent out. Yeah, the appointment coordinator isn't here but we'll make sure she does it when she gets here, it'll be fine." The second time, I called again, the same thing they said that they would get it sent over. The third time I called, which is now only 2 days away from my scheduled appointment in Rancho Cucomunga, I spoke with someone and she said "referral? you know you are supposed to have a pre-authorization and that normally takes 2-6 weeks right?" I was confused because 1. they scheduled the appointment for me without relaying that information to me, 2. the other 2 girls I spoke with before she told me they would get a referral sent out." So I was angry at this point but she said she will contact the office on Friday to do an emergency extraction so I thought it was handled. WHEN I GET TO THE APPOINTMENT, the Rancho Cucamunga office told me they sent a pre-authorization, however, the pre-authorization was for THEIR OFFICE!!!! Canyon Springs!! not the Rancho Cucamonga office THEY referred me to. I was so upset because I live in Menifee and we drove over an hour just to get to the appointment. I called Canyon Springs Dental Group and they were confused like, "omg, yeah, we did send itttttt." But clearly, sent the wrong information. They DID NOT even apologize. THANKFULLY, Rancho Cucamonga was able to match my insurance and get me in even though none of the information was transferred correctly. I canceled all my future dental appointments with them and was excited because I found a dental office that's much more friendly, accommodating, helpful, and offers guidance unlike Canyon Springs Dental Group that LACKS this incredibly.

By far the worst customer service I've ever received. The orthodontist side is even far worse. If you are considering using the Orthodontist at this dental group go somewhere else. Your better off paying more money else where than be treated to so bad by this group

This place can be described in a short phrase: rip off. I have been there for myself and for my daughter numerous times and every time, I mean every time the staff there are just horrible and what I mean by horrible is this: they are not rude or anything but they inflate prices so much, try to add in extra fees so you pay more and if you are not attentive you are going to pay way more than what it deserves. They keep pushing and pushing for unnecessary procedures. It's almost harassment. It is extremely annoying. Every time I go there, I feel like I'm dealing with a mob or something. They are not honest at all. They succeeded in giving me a nervous breakdown last time I have been there and I decided for my own mental health, I will not deal with them anymore.

I've been going to Canyon Springs Dental for approximately 3 months now. I'm glad I chose them for the excessive dental work that I need done. I was unable to afford dental work for sometime, but I decided it is necessary for my health. The front desk staff is always friendly and cooperative. They will assist you with any questions you have. They are well informed and you don't have to go through 2 or 3 people, or wait for a callback to get simple questions answered. You don't have to go to multiple offices if you need a dentist, orthodontist, oral surgeon, periodontist, or a dental cleaning. All of your dental needs are taken care of in one location. I was curious as to how young they take patients. My dentist said as soon as possible. He said they like to have them come in at about ages 2-3, BEFORE they have issues, just for an examination. This way they don't become afraid of the dentist as easily as they do IF the parents wait to bring them in until they have a problem. Afraid of the dentist? Don't be. They are very caring. They are aware that not everyone has the same pain tolerance. They try to make sure you are adequately numb before beginning any procedure. If you feel any discomfort during a procedure, they will stop and administer more medication, and they even try to make that as effortless as possible by topically numbing the area before an injection. If you need oral surgery or have special needs, they are careful to take the necessary precautions so you have as little discomfort or complication as possible. For example: I have had 2 joint replacements in my body which are made of metal, therefore, I need to take antibiotics BEFORE any dental procedure, including a dental cleaning to prevent infections. When I explained that to the front desk upon making my first appointment, they explained how that would be handled and supplied the medicine without ANY difficulty. I have also had oral surgery with this office. They were very careful to give me explicit instructions on how to care for myself afterwards, as well as, all the medications to keep from getting an infection, swelling, or having much pain. They also gave me the phone number for a doctor from this clinic if I could not get the bleeding to stop or I had excessive pain. They had all bases covered. Fortunately, I had no problems because their instructions were very thorough. Need assistance with your billing? They will bill your insurance for you and will work with you for any billing balance. I highly recommend Canyon Springs Dental Clinic for all ages and any type of dental or oral problems.

This is by far the best dentist I've been to in Southern California. I've been to a couple others that wanted me to get up to 10 fillings, whereas this dentist told me I didn't need any. They are kind, courteous and I highly recommend them.

I've been to this dental office many times, I'm going to say the change of management office staff has to be the reason the moral is down. I've been in the medical field over 20 years a License Vocational nurse, believe me I've had my share of difficult patients. At the end of the day it's about patient care, Customer service and making sure your patients are happy. Today I experienced discriminatory actions against my son, who I booked an appointment for severe wisdom tooth pain. I explained that he didn't have insurance and I'd be paying for all services just so he could get some relief. What happened he was asked to leave by Dr. Heka if that's the correct spelling. This Dr was upset that my son couldn't open his mouth to take X-rays, I told them they could have easily requested his most recent X-rays from 3 days ago be sent over. This Dr. Was rude to me told me he couldn't help him not even to give him numbing medication. He told me to take my son to the ER. I asked him is this your recommendation he relied yes! He rushed me out of the office. I put a call in to their very nasty rude office manager Melissa, who raised her voice on the phone even got into a shouting match with me! This went on until I hung up in her and told her my complaint would be going to BBB and the board of Dentistry! We left I took my son to Redlands Family Dental where we felt welcomed, the Dentist and her assistant saw the pain my son was in. He was in so much pain his blood pressure was 131/101 he could have a stroke on the way to their office due to the negligence of Canyon Springs Dental. The dentist at Redlands family dental numb my son immediately and pulled the tooth that could have killed him. Stay away from Canyon Springs Dental. And I will be following up with the owner Dr. Neil. Melissa the office manager is in the wrong field of work, she's not a patient advocate, has no clue how to deal with patients in pain. She should not be a leader in any type of Medical setting!

By far the worst place! They told me I needed gum surgery and I needed to pay thousands of dollars. Got a second opinion and they told me I just need deep cleaning every 3 month. And to top it off! My husband also had a procedure done there. He was in so much pain even after 2 weeks. He called back the office several times telling them he was in pain and they kept telling him it was normal. He also told them please take a X-ray and they keep pulling it off til!! They finally said ok! And thats when they found out he had a jaw fracture!!! Please don't go here!
