First time at this office and LOVE everything about it. Only a few miles from my house, fantastic, ever so welcoming, and courteous staff and Dr. Sean is the best. I am so glad I changed to this local office. Shiersten cleaned my teeth and did it manually without hesitation for I do not like the electric tool that is now used. I am set and my teeth are happy too! M

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. In January 2022 I had a crown replace in office. Less than 90 days later it cracked and broke. I was not in the state when it happened and had it replaced. When I realized it was the SAME crown Dr Sean replaced, I called their office to see what warranty they offer on it. I called 4 times and each time I was told someone would call me back by end of the day. Not one time did I get a call back. On the 4th try, I made it very clear I was not happy with the customer service I had been getting and needed an answer immediately as I am now getting charged interest and late fees. Another day passes by and I received a call from the office. I was told that "Yes" they warranty the tooth but only in their office. The woman I spoke with asked me why I didn't call to consult them and get an answer, which would have been come to our office. Clearly that wasn't an option as I was out of state and was not going to book a $900 round trip flight to come back and have them replace the crown. Bottom line, they are NOT customer service oriented, do not care about their work and patient referrals. Bottom line, I paid $1400 for a crown that was junk and paid another $1100 elsewhere to get it replaced. Save yourself some money and find a different dentist!

Thank you Kelle and Dr. Sean. It is always nerve racking finding a new dentist and hygienist. You both made my visit a great experience. Kelly was so gentle when cleaning my teeth. And Dr Sean thank you for your transparency. I now look forward to my teeth cleaning rather than fearing it. Your office is clean and beautiful and I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness from the moment I stepped in to the moment I stepped out. Thank you!

Such an amazing office. Everyone there is so kind, and Dr. Sean cook is the best. Honestly the best experience my wife and I have ever had at a dentist office, and we'll be scheduling our 1 year olds first appointment here soon!

I had an appointment yesterday for a crown, and one filling. As someone that has severe dental anxiety I can honestly say this is the best office I have ever been to in my life. Everyone is so kind, compassionate and patient. I didn't feel rushed or embarrassed at all when I was very nervous. I highly recommend canyon rim!

Amazing personnel and doctors here! Had any extreme dread of visiting a dentist prior to finding Canyon Rim Dental. Their friendly staff listened to my concerns, accommodated, and destroyed my fears about going to a dentist. I am going to be hard pressed to find a better practice once we moved from this state. Recommend them highly to anyone and everyone!

Canyon Rim Dental is a great place to have dental work done. Dr.Chad and Kerrie I highly recommend they both do excellent work that is pain free and cleanings are actually enjoyable. Thanks Kerrie.

Love Canyon Rim Dental! Alyssa is my favorite hygienist, she is always SO sweet and helps me with techniques for taking better care of my teeth. Dr. Sean always answers my questions and makes me feel at ease (and I really dislike going to the dentist). If you are looking for a dentist, you won't go wrong with Canyon Rim.

I wish I could give Dr. Sean 10 stars! He has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of getting Veneers. He even came in on a Sunday! He always is conscientious of any pain you may be experiencing. My girlfriend is a dental assistant going to school to become a Dental Hygienist. She has worked in a nearby dental office and recommended Dr. Sean because of how highly his patients and employees speak of him. He has gone above and beyond every step of the way. He treats us as if we are family. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants are beyond friendly and caring. It's a great atmosphere throughout the whole office. The level of care is pristine. I can't thank Dr. Sean enough for giving me the smile I've always dreamed of!

Dr. Sean and the entire staff at Canyon Rim Dental are wonderful! Dentist trips aren't my favorite thing, but honestly I'm looking forward to going back because all the girls were so sweet and the dentist was super cool too. They made me feel comfortable and were so accommodating. The place was fresh & clean and they had all the nice new technology. Totally recommend!!

Okay listen. I started going to this office when I lived five minutes away. I moved about thirty minutes away and this is still the place I go to and I will tell you why. Every single person there genuinely cares about you. Want someone that is going to laugh at your dad jokes? Dr. Sean is your guy. Need someone to make sure you're doing okay while you're in the chair freaking out? Every one of the ladies there are super vigilant about checking on you. Need to have a quick sob session because you are terrified? They will turn around/give you space/comfort you whatever the heck you need, because they freaking care. Super confused about costs/payments and all the other fun and funky logistics? The reps at the front desk will walk you through and send over what you need to make it make sense. I HATE the dentist. But by golly I love MY dentist. I am so grateful I found this group of people to help me out with something I dislike so much. If you have a fear of the dentist, go here. It may not get rid of all the bad feelings, but at the very least you'll have some good vibes and fun conversations. They really do everything they can to make sure you're okay. Thank you Dr. Sean and Canyon Rim Dental staff (extra shoutout to Michelle) for being so incredible at what you do!!!!! P.S. Here's a joke for you: What's a dentist's favourite dinosaur?
