Thank you so much for the opportunity to help care for your smile! I grew up in Layton and graduated from Brigham Young University before attending dental school at the University of Iowa. After graduation, I served as a dentist in the Air Force and completed a residency program in general dentistry at David Grant Medical Center in California.
I have been practicing dentistry for 20 years and really enjoy my interaction with patients and the challenge of providing quality care in a gentle way. My wife, Rebecca, and I are parents of three great kids! We enjoy traveling, watching sporting events, and playing games together. In my spare time, I like to read and run long-distance races.
I grew up in Peterson Utah and graduated from Morgan High School. I then played volleyball at the College of Eastern Utah before studying at Weber State University. I was awarded the RDEP scholarship at Creighton University Dental School where I graduated in 2008. I have practiced in St. Louis, Missouri in an under-served, intercity clinic and most recently practiced in Salt Lake City, Utah.
I am excited for the opportunity to provide service to patients in the greater Ogden area. My husband, Trevor, and I are the proud parents of eight children (seven girls and one boy). I love working with kids and families to brighten their smiles. My hobbies include hiking, running, skiing, four wheeling, spending time outdoors, and most importantly spending time with my family.
I have had the wonderful opportunity of being in dentistry for 25 years. I am a graduate of the Dental Auxiliary Training Center and Weber State University. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, riding horses, riding my motorcycle, and being outdoors. I have a true passion for dentistry and look forward to helping patients keep their mouths healthy and disease free.
I was inspired by one of my close friends to join the dental field. I went to school for dental assisting at Sun Rock Dental Careers in St. George, Utah. Outside of the office I enjoy doing music theater and traveling as much as possible.;
I graduated from Weber State Universitys Dental Hygiene program in 1995 and feel very fortunate to have worked full time in this practice. I absolutely love the hygiene field and treasure the many friendships I have made with staff members and patients for the last 22 years. My husband Ryan and I have been blessed with four wonderful children. I love to spend time outdoors with them and look forward to hiking, camping, and river rafting.
I have worked at Canyon Ridge Dental since April of 2019. I have loved every minute of it! I graduated Weber State University with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. I took a year off in 2018 when we adopted my son who had some health concerns, but couldn't be more excited to be here on Tuesdays.
When I'm not working we are gardening or playing as a family. We love to paddle board, go to farmers markets, or plan our next vacation. I love Disney as well and have gone more times than I can count!
Heidi was actually my teacher in school and helped me get my job here at Canyon Ridge Dental. Others would generally describe me as perceptive and I love being able to help people everyday at my job. Outside of work I like to read, watch TV shows, and listen to Taylor Swift.

Canyon Rodge Dental is a great dental office. All of the staff were polite and helpful. They were very accommodating in combining two appointments into one. The office is clean and family friendly. I recommend Canyon Ridge Dental and DDS Blamires.

I've only recently started going to Canyon Ridge Dental but I'm very impressed so far! All of the employees we've worked with have been pleasant and have answered any questions I had. I especially appreciate their patience with my little kids, who can be a little chaotic sometimes. The staff are always really helpful and friendly toward my family. I also feel like the care we receive is high-quality and well worth the trip. I'm glad we found this office! We plan to be with them for a long time.
