I should say that I'd a very good experience and care at Canyon Park Dental... My special "Thanks" to Susan and Jenna... Susan was helping me so much with scheduling and Jenna was amazing with my deep cleaning process making it painless and in giving back my healthy teeth... I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for any kind of dental issues...

Senior Hygienist complained about being double masked for the 1 hour we were together. If I worked there, I'd fire her. Hello...COVID!!

I went to canyon park dental for a cleaning. however, before I did anything I asked them to make sure I was covered by my insurance. they assured me aside from my copay, I was totally covered. I was not and I ended up getting sued because of them two years later. after a check up they told me I needed a "deep cleaning" as opposed to a regular cleaning and I would need to schedule another visit. I went to schedule another appointment and the receptionist insisted that I schedule four separate appointments as opposed to one because the cleaning would take a long time and "it would be easier on the doctor to not have to sit with one patient the whole day." I told her I would rather do it all at once but she reassured me that it would not affect how much I pay and my insurance would cover all four visits the same as if it was just one. reluctantly I said ok and scheduled the four visits. I payed my copay and to my surprise I was asked to pay a copay after every appointment despite them telling me it would be no different than if I had I just scheduled one appointment. after every appointment I paid in full and I thought that was the end of it. then, weeks later I received a text message from them saying that I still owed them somewhere around $450-$500 because my insurance did not want to cover all four visits. they did however say that it was not right for me to have to pay it and they would fight the insurance and take care of it. after months they told me the got the balance down to around $100. I paid what I owed after every visit. I asked them multiple times to make sure my insurance would cover it. they assured me I would only have to pay my copays. I payed what I owed and this was their mistake. rather than doing what a respectable business would do and admit their mistake and let the $100 go, they sent me to collection and the collections company sued me costing me more than what I initially owed.

Her coming here for 3 years now, love this team of people and the dentist here. Always feel welcomed and well taken care of. I recommend to anyone.

Best dentists and staff I have ever experienced - and that's saying a lot as I'm 67 and have lived in Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Chicago and been to quite a few dentists! There's a reason why this practice is rated so high on a continual basis!!

I'm 57 years old and have found the best dental clinic ever ! They're very professional and courteous but being personable I would say is why I continue my dental needs there. They've always accommodated me in every way making return visits a breeze. I've done a 180 from hating dental work to enjoying my visits. The work there is above and beyond what I could've hoped for. Thank you Canyon Park Dental for everything you do in making sure you go above and beyond this patient's needs !

I have been going to Canyon Park Dental now for five years. I have been very satisfied with the service and the hygienist. The facility is clean and nice dental chair's. I would highly recommend them for treatment.
