Dr. Susie Worm was born and raised in rural central Nebraska. She earned a bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene at the University of Nebraska, College of Dentistry in 2002. After practicing hygiene for six years in the Lincoln area, she decided to further her dental career.
In 2012, Dr. Susie obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health (ASDOH) in Mesa, Arizona. Dr. Susie chose the ASDOH program based on their principles which strive to create competent, culturally sensitive, and community involved dentists. While at ASDOH, she also acquired a certificate in Public Health with a dental emphasis.
Shortly thereafter, Dr. Susie and her family were given the opportunity to return to their home state of Nebraska where she practiced as an Associate Dentist for over a year at Williamsburg Dental LLC. During this transition, she also served as a part-time Staff Dentist at Peoples Health Center (PHC) in Lincoln. In this position, Dr. Susie became a volunteer faculty member for the University of Nebraska, College of Dentistry for dental students who were completing their external rotations at PHC.
In 2014, Dr. Susie decided to make a life changing choice and pursue her dream of owning and operating her own dental practice! She has incorporated the same mission as ASDOH and PHC, giving her patients the best treatment possible in a comfortable private practice setting.
As the field of dentistry continues to evolve and change, Dr. Susie has dedicated a significant portion of time to attend continuing education courses throughout the United States, including hands on workshops. It is her personal goal to go above and beyond normal licensure requirements for offering her patients exceptional dental care.
Dr. Susie and her husband, Nathan and have two young sons, Nolan and Easton. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, including their furry four legged daughter, Sadey. Additionally, Dr. Susies interests include photography, traveling, and of course socializing!!
Carmen grew up on a farm in northeast Nebraska and graduated in 2004 from Hartington CC. She then attended the UNMC College of Dentistry earning a bachelors degree in dental hygiene in 2008. She has been practicing full time ever since.
Carmen is passionate about taking exceptional care of her patients while developing lasting relationships. She loves working closely with Dr. Susie to provide the best possible periodontal therapy and educating on all areas of preventive and restorative dentistry so her patients can enjoy a beautiful and healthy smile for life.
Carmen and her husband, Nate have 3 children that keep her life fun and entertaining! In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, live music, traveling and a variety of outdoor activities.
Sarah was born, raised, and continues to live near the community of Staplehurst, NE. She attended Southeast Community College for Dental Assisting and received her Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Certification. Over the years she has been able to enhance her skills in General Dentistry including, Orthodontics, Endodontics, Prosthodontics, CEREC procedures, and many other advanced technologies in the dental field.
Sarah enjoys visiting with patients, often educating and helping her patients understand their treatment needs along with what their dental procedures may entail. Her favorite part of working at Canyon Echo Dental is the companys encouragement for continuing education, teamwork, while also utilizing individual strengths to make a healthy and fun working environment.
Sarah and her husband, Brandon is always on the go with their 2 children, Branick and Tenison. She is very active in her community and loves being part of the Staplehurst Womens Club which supports projects to better her small hometown. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, camping, gardening and spending time outdoors.
Maddi grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, and graduated from Millard South High School. She attended Wayne State College and earned her Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. Growing up, she remembers going to her uncles dental office to get her teeth cleaned, which is where her passion for dentistry came from and knew she wanted to get into the dental field. She went back to school to earn her Dental Assisting Certification at Midwest Dental Assisting School. Maddi has worked in both orthodontics and general dentistry.
Maddi is dedicated to making sure patients have a positive experience at Canyon Echo Dental. She likes to build lasting relationships with the patients. She states, My favorite part of working at Canyon Echo Dental is that we work as a team, and we have fun doing it.
Maddi and her boyfriend, Austin spend their time camping, boating, and traveling. Spending time with their family and friends is very important to them as well as their golden retriever, Cooper. They are building a new house, and they cant wait for all the adventures to come.
Jen grew up in Tilden, a small town in Northeast Nebraska. She always knew the dental field was her passion since she started assisting her father in his dental practice. She attended Wayne State College for two years and finished at the top of her class at UNMC College of Dentistry earning her Bachelors degree in dental hygiene.
Jen is dedicated to providing the best dental care for her patients. She thrives to keep all patients happy, healthy, and comfortable throughout their time at Canyon Echo. Her favorite part of her job is having patients look forward to their dental checkups and melting away any dental anxiety they may have.

I love the staff @ Canyon Echo Dental. Dr. Worm and her awesome staff have treated me so well, let alone are very respectful on my anxiety dealing w/ dentist I have had in the past.

I've been to two other dentists regarding pain in my lower jaw/teeth that comes out of no where and was simply told "we don't see anything that could cause that kind of pain." Decided to try one more dentist to get a 3rd opinion. I decided to give Dr. Susie's practice a try, although she couldn't give me a 100% answer as to what was going on she was able to find a few different issues with my impacted wisdom teeth that could be causing the issues and has given me a few referrals to see an oral surgeon. Each of the staff members were friendly and had great customer service. I usually get anxiety when visiting the dentist and that just wasn't the case with this team and I am thankful to have found an office that genuinely cares about their patients. I have finally found an office that I feel comfortable trusting with all of my dental care needs.

I have had a fear of dentists for as long as I can remember. This was the best experience ever. Everyone there is so nice, they were all laughing and having a good time. The vibe there just made me feel at ease. And not to mention the chairs are massage chairs, you can't top that !!! I have most definitely found my place !!!! Thank you for making going to the dentist a pleasant experience!

That was the best teeth cleaning and polishing I've ever had at a dentist office and it was not painful just a wonderful experience Dr Worm is fantastic anybody who is thinking of switching Dentist offices this place is where you wanna go you will not be disappointed

The staff at Canyon Echo are fantastic. I've been going to them for cleanings for years. This week I had a chip in my previous filling and they were able to efficiently, comfortably, and reliably fix my chip. I cannot stress how grateful I am for these gals. If you're in need of the absolute best, look no further.

I really really dislike going to the dentist - Like way more than I care to admit as a 35 year old adult. This place is amazing tho - the staff are always so nice and comforting to the point where I don't dread it as bad now Oh...and their patient chairs have back massagers in them! C'mon...if you're gonna have to go to the dentist; at least you get to relax in a chair with back massagers and receive friendly genuine care.

I am not one to usually do reviews on places but Dr. Susie and her staff deserve to be praised. Canyon Echo literally makes me LOVE going to the dentist. The thing that I love the most is the way they treat those that come in. You can tell that every single person you talk to actually cares about you, your comfort and the health of your teeth. I have nothing but great things to say about this facility and I am looking forward to my next visit!
