The Staff here has high turnover for a very good reason. Their billing is a nightmare full of fake charges from incorrect coding. Staff is incompetent, literally said "i cant deal with this guy" and hung up, because they couldn't explain the charges. The real answer is they cant keep clients so they put the wrong codes to get extra money to pay the bills. Dont go here. Go anywhere else.

So pleased!! They are extremely professional and friendly! From the front desk to the assistant to the hygienist to the dentist, they explain everything to you without rushing or making you feel you're just another mouth in their chair. Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing, Dr Beal is hands down the best dentist is San Antonio. I recently switched to Canyon Dental Care, and they have won me over with the incredible staff the Hygienist was AMAZING. and the front office staff makes you feel welcomed. They have won over a patient for LIFE!!!! THANK YOU..

My initial visit at Canyon Dental Care highlighted the word 'care.' Upon my arrival, the support staff were courteous, professional and kind. The assigned hygienist was extremely polite and listened to my concerns. I have a prosthetic knee, which has been a personal and medical challenge. Dr. Gosnell was very attentive to my dental care.
