I enjoyed growing up in Utah County and all the fun things there are to do here. However, my family moved away and visits to Utah became opportunities to visit relatives. Moving away turned out to be good fortune for me, though, as it led me to my wife Amber. Amber grew up in the great state of Texas and this influenced our move there during our early married years. All four of our kids were born in Texas while I did my undergraduate studies and then attended the dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Later, we enjoyed living in upstate New York, where I completed a Masters Program in Public Health, followed by my orthodontic residency at the Eastman Dental Center. Im now proud to be an orthodontist serving Springville UT and the surrounding areas.
When I am not practicing orthodontics, my favorite thing to do is be with my family. Things are getting more exciting all the time with new grand-babies coming. Something my family knows well about me is that in the early hours of the morning, I can always be found at the gym or lifting weights. A few of my other favorite things are sports, outdoor activities, the church, and learning new things, especially when it comes to things related to new technologies.

The people at Canyon Creek are so nice!! They greeted me as I walked in and made me feel super comfortable! I had never gotten braces before and they told me what they were doing for every single step. I'm so excited to continue coming here!

They are a great Orthodontist, everytime I come with my daughter they always take care of her and her needs! I love this orthodontist. Appointments are supper cheap and affordable. My daughter always gets excited when she gets to come to get her teeth cleaned. She says " Dr. Church was so nice, I love him!" Thank you Canyon Creek!!!

I definitely recommend Canyon Creek Orthodontics. I got my braces on today. Dr.Church is very nice and he explains what he's doing before he does it which I thought was cool and informative. The whole staff is very nice as well. The office is very welcoming. Amanda is very helpful and very nice. This is the best orthodontist I've been too, the consultation was quick and easy as well. I highly recommend them.

I definitely recommend canyon Creek orthodontics I have wanted my teeth straight for so long I almost thought it was just going to be a dream that it would never come true and I finally found these guys they're absolutely amazing so friendly and so kind and so understanding they work with you on payments and I am so grateful everyday I look at myself in the mirror and I see what a transformation and I'm so happy that I found these guys to make me such a beautiful smile it means so much to me

I did Invisalign with Dr. Church. After I completed it, I felt like my teeth weren't exactly how I wanted them. So he said no problem let's get them where you want them! Everyone in this office is so kind and make all the nerves disappear! My daughters have both gotten braces from Dr. Church and comment how easy it was! They also love their cash program that gets them play money for prizes, for doing things like no broken brackets or brushing their teeth before their appointments or referring a friend. We really love Canyon Creek Orthodontics and highly recommend it!

Ok, so the only make or break for me in getting braces was how much they would cost. However, all those cares went away after speaking with Canyon Creek. They are so open to financing and doing what works for YOU. Plus, these were some of the nicest people and they made the consultation process so easy! I look forward to continuing my interactions with all the staff and Dr. Church. I can't recommend them enough!
