I enjoyed growing up in Utah County and all the fun things there are to do here. However, my family moved away and visits to Utah became opportunities to visit relatives. Moving away turned out to be good fortune for me, though, as it led me to my wife Amber. Amber grew up in the great state of Texas and this influenced our move there during our early married years. All four of our kids were born in Texas while I did my undergraduate studies and then attended the dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Later, we enjoyed living in upstate New York, where I completed a Masters Program in Public Health, followed by my orthodontic residency at the Eastman Dental Center. Im now proud to be an orthodontist serving Springville UT and the surrounding areas.
When I am not practicing orthodontics, my favorite thing to do is be with my family. Things are getting more exciting all the time with new grand-babies coming. Something my family knows well about me is that in the early hours of the morning, I can always be found at the gym or lifting weights. A few of my other favorite things are sports, outdoor activities, the church, and learning new things, especially when it comes to things related to new technologies.

This place makes you feel like your at a fancy spa! The staff are very friendly, especially the Orthodontist. He was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

I love working with Dr. Church and his staff. I feel very confident that they will treat my patients that I refer to them with exceptional care. I am also a patient of Dr. Church! I am so amazed at the changes in just 4 months. I am loving the Damon bracket system! He is the best!
