Perhaps the best experience I've had with a dentist. Dr. Christensen was gentle, kind, and very professional. His staff is top notch, I will gladly refer him to others.

I was surprised at how pleasant root canal therapy could be. I had been expecting something rather miserable and left the office in calm amazement. Dr. Christianson was so caring and concerned from his first handshake to his goodbye. And his staff - the same. The numbing injection was painless - now that's a dental first for me! Being his patient was a positive experience, as such, I highly recommend Dr. Christianson.

Dr. Biggerstaff was great! Very personable and able to explain what my issues were in very simple terms. He did a fantastic job on my root canal. They were very thorough with making sure I was numbed up properly. That was the only painful part of the procedure, but it made the rest of the process a breeze! They took care when working and were as gently as possible. Finished in under and hour and really made sure the temporary seal was packed properly to give me time to get my temporary crown work done with my dentist. Would definitely recommend them if you need an endodontist!

My wife was referred here by her regular dentist for a root canal. Dr Christianson was VERY thorough, carefully examined the tooth, and asked several questions. He determined that the tooth didn't need a root canal, that there was an unrelated infection below the tooth, and made an appointment for us at a nearby oral surgeon, who confirmed his diagnosis, and was able to remove the infection. Dr Christianson could have easily done the root canal and collected his payment, and sent us on our way with no resolution to symptoms. We're very glad he took the time to figure out what was really going on, and sent us where we needed to go.

This was my first time to have Dr. Biggerstaff and he was awesome! Took plenty of time to explain the procedure and answer any questions. The roots of my tooth were intertwined and my tooth was very calcified. He did a great job from the start to the finish. It took longer than planned but he successfully got into all 4 roots and cleaned them all out! I world highly recommend him!!

I highly recommend Dr. Christianson to anyone who needs a root canal. He is very competent and caring. I had two root canals done at once and so I was really dreading it but it turned out great. After just a few minutes of being there I felt like I was in good hands, I could trust him and relax. He is very thorough and takes the time to do a good job. I am writing this review because I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Christianson was so kind and professional. He made sure that I was comfortable through the entire procedure and took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. I would definitely come to him again, if needed.

I was thrilled with my experience here. They got me in quickly for a root canal. They managed the pain during the procedure so well that I nearly fell asleep while they worked. I didn't feel anything and was so relaxed. They were very professional and very concerned about my care. I even got a phone call the next day to be sure I was okay. The price was competitive and they worked with my insurance to be sure I was covered ahead of time. I went into their office in incredible pain. I haven't felt any pain since they helped me. I am so grateful.

Dr. Biggerstaff was amazing!! I've had 2 root canals previously done by different dentists/endodontists and this was by far the best experience I've ever had! I was quite nervous and anxious but Dr. Biggerstaff and his assistant made me feel so comfortable. His numbing technique was so fantastic, I didn't feel a thing!! My referral dentist commented on how great the root canal looked and was very pleased with it! I highly recommend Dr. Biggerstaff!!

Was honest with me and referred me somewhere else before doing a procedure that wasn't in my best interest. Only charged a consultation fee for the 3d x-rays.

I can't express enough the frustration I feel with my experience with this office. I was told by my dentist I needed a root canal so I came in for a root canal. I called the office 2 weeks in advanced and asked them to get everything cleared with my insurance before I came. I guess they forgot didn't and they required me to pay right then and there. While I was there, I felt like the staff behaved very unprofessionally. I had to sit with the assistant for about 40 mins before even speaking to Dr. Christianson and while I don't usually mind waiting, the assistant was acting completely unprofessional. She told me about how she had just gotten hired and didn't know what endodontis was before applying and that she had very little training. She told me this was her first time assisting with this procedure which did not calm my nerves at all! She also seemed more concerned with taking to other staff than caring to me. When I finally saw doctor Christianson he informed me that I would need a CT scan, but that my insurance would not cover it. So I got the scan. Again, I had to wait another a long time after the scan. He let me know that I would actually need oral surgery, and referred me. So I was getting ready to leave and I asked for a copy of my CT scan so I give it to the oral surgeon. They then told me that "we haven't figured out how to get it on the disk yet" so they wouldn't be able to get it to me. I told them I need it because I really did not want to pay for the same scan again. They said they would try their best to get it fixed. (Side note: the oral surgeon thought it was absurd they did not know). They made me pay for all of it out of pocket. I'm a college student was not planning on having to pay so much because they were supposed to get preappoval, but they told me they would send me a reimbursement check with the amount that was covered by the insurance. I told them I needed them to bill it as a necessary visit because my dentist referred me but they didn't. I said okay and asked them to call me when they had the scan ready and when they heard from my insurance. I never heard from them. So every single week I would have to call them to see if I could get the disk. I had to delay my surgery by over a month because they could not get it figured out! I was in pain in my mouth. In addition, they never called me to tell me about how much my insurance covered and after 3 weeks I called and they still hadn't sent a check. I called them and they told me to keep waiting. After 2 more weeks, it still hadn't come, so I talked to the office manager who was sympathetic but informed me it was sent to the wrong address and I would have to pay them $20 to get a new check!! Absolutely ridiculous. I called them again after waiting a little longer, and they have never returned my call. Other times, they have hung up on me. I had to wait over 2 months to get my refund, had to pick it up myself in the office, and was lost a lot of money because they forgot to get me pre approved. I am extremely disappointed with my treatment and would caution anyone from coming here.

Dr. Christianson had a great 'beside manner", and carefully explained everything before and while it was happening. He also was really helpful in answering any question I had. It only took a little over and hour for the root canal, with very little pain. The staff was also really great.

Amazing service. Dr Christensen is thorough and friendly, and really cares. Audra is a remarkable receptionist who knows her stuff and loves people. I'm honored to have gone here. If you're in Utah County, you need an endodontist, and they're in network, don't see anyone else. You won't regret it, and you'll thank me later.

We got a referral from our Dentist Dr. Reed Robison, we like Dr. David. V. Christianson, he is very great professional. In other hand, I do not recommend the service of the attendant called Aubrey, she was unprofessional and impolite with me and my Wife, after a conclusion of my wife treatment, my wife call me to get translation and better understand about the bill charged, and i asked to talk with the attendant, i was asking for more clarification about the payment options that was offered in a previous visit(such as mail payment or financial plan options), and Aubrey was nervous and impatient at phone, she cut off suddenly on the phone, and said to my wife in a rude manner, that she will call the Police, and after that she refused to talk with me or give more clarification about the payment, after being treated like a criminal my wife made the payment, she left the place feeling very bad, in summary we never had felt so mistreated and disrespected, so unfortunately i can't recomend a place like that.

I hate going to the dentist and am always super nervous and stressed about it. I have had two root canals done here and both times was pleasantly surprised. They made sure I was numb and felt no pain during procedure. Afterward they said I'd have discomfort for a couple days but after that first day I was just fine. I have extremely long roots, longer than average person and even with this oddity I had a great experience. I don't write many reviews but have been impressed so I wanted to share my experience.
