One of my habits is to read past reviews and experiences of previous patients before going to any medical or businesses. To see what the majority is saying about the business. I look at current reviews within 1 year of their publicly posting the review. Just to be accurate in my decision to visit any of these businesses. My insurance recommended Canyon County Family Dentistry. So! I went with a open mind. I found that the office staffing was and is very helpful and professional every time I visited this office. The Doctors are focused on evaluating and treating my problem or anyone's dental issues/problems. The doctors are the best and also extremely professional and every time helped me with there expertise. Please come to this GREAT Dentistry office and you will not be disappointed. Great service and a professional office.

If I could give this place a no stars i will I recently went because I had a broken molar and they fixed it with a crown that doesn't match my other molar's so when I bite down its so uncomfortable in other words I can't chew nothing in that side its slippery and it hurts not to mention as it was close to my nerve they stated I will have to go back if it continues to hurt because I will need a root canal like why not just do it if I needed one down the road or in a couple weeks when I find out that I'll need one ?? I wanted braces and according to them they don't do them unless I have the work I need done first and my dentist told me they could do them even if I needed work ??? I am so confused I paid allot of money for a work I was not happy with !!!

This place is terrible. It took me 3 weeks to get my first appointment cause they needed to verify my insurance and they never called me back. Then after getting my appointment they needed approval from my insurance to do a deep cleaning. Then they never called me back. Almost 3 months later I had to call and see what was going on and they said they would call me back and never did. I called back again and they scheduled my appointment. My time was 9am and I got here at 850am and didn't get seend until 945am when people who got here after me went in before me. And to top this off I was referred here from one of the staff. Terrible I will not be coming back and I recommend you find a different dentist do not go here. Don't do it.

The people in the office are so sweet and the dentist who pulled my teeth does an amazing job. He's not very personable, but once you get to know him he's amazing!

Really really nice. Made time for me when they wer booked all day. Had a root canal falling apart painful. They took it out NO PAIN AT ALL. Very informative and helpfull. They have been my dentist since I was a kid and will always be coming for future work.

Front office staff is very rude. Call them during office hours you get put on hold then voicemail. The X-ray tech cut my mouth by putting the thing in my mouth incorrectly, tried to make excuses, I said I've had these x-rays all my life no one has ever cut me before. My insurance wouldn't pay for everything, the prices they quoted were astronomical. I shopped around, got better price s and more professional services.

Their quality of service is spotty. I agree the front desk is a a bit surly, no graciousness at all, but a little thick skin holds rude people off easily. More concerning is the what's going on in the mouth. I've had one root canal go bad - only three years old! - had to get the tooth extracted. Crowns repeatedly fall out. The recent one (5 year-old crown) popped out. The old guy in the office put it in crooked, had to grind it down to fit (now it's all rough on the surface), then it popped out again 3 hours later when I tried to eat. Had it put back in correctly the next day, but because the dentine of my tooth was exposed for so long I now have a massive tooth ache . Been with them for 8 years, Might be time for a change. UPDATE May 4, 2018 After seeing another dentist, who ground down the bad job Lieberman's office did, the crown fell out AGAIN!!! I saw the new dentist again today - Gentle Dental, Dr Naureen Sahibzada, awesome lady - and told her about the tooth extraction, she was shocked to hear that Lieberman didn't send me to a specialist to save the tooth. And somehow....somehow my insurance didn't cover the crown repair at Lieberman's office but it's covered at Gentle Dental. Lieberman has cost me money, time and pain. She sucks, don't use her.

Horrible experience Went in on May 16th for full exam and X-rays ... was told I would get a call on the 21st to schedule extractions. They needed the surgeons schedule... I sent an email and I left two voicemails. I never heard back, (today is June 21). So I called them explained what had happened .... asked for my X-rays which she emailed to me.. A simply sorry is all I got and a quick goodbye... So they lose me and My wife as patients and we now get to try and find a dentist who actually care Horrible service Wayne Berry

Terrible customer service. Rachel just hangs up when she doesn't feel like talking to you and bobby yells at the patients when you ask a simple question. I have worked at several different dental offices before and always took pride in our customer care. Unfortunately this office has no concern for patients needs what's so ever. My mother went in for a bridge prep and walked out with bruising surrounding the whole area(have many pictures). When I called to ask about the procedure my mother had done I got hung up and then yelled at (which i recorded). This isn't the first time I have had issues with them. Just a word of advice, choose a different dental office!!!

We have been with many dentist over the years. this office has been one of the best. They explained completely the services my family needed and completed them perfectly. The staff has always been kind and very knowledgeable. I recommend them to all.
