From Doc to the entire staff, they are always friendly and seem truly happy to see me every time I walk in the door. But it is ultimately their professionalism and quality of care that has kept me coming back for over 5 years now. Before Dr. Bill took over the practice here in Canton, I went through at least 4 other dentists in a short time. Now, I found a group of professionals that I can trust and enjoy seeing. Going to the dentist is no longer a dreaded event!
They really care and are focused on your health and it shows. They are affordable and honest, you know what to expect with your treatment. Dr. Klausmeyer and his team work flawlessly together to make every experience a step toward optimizing the right care for you as an individual.
I have been with Dr. Bill for years. From cleanings to a childs emergency broken tooth, and beyond. I have seen him in action on many levels. Dr. Bill has dropped what he was doing on the weekends to ensure we were taken care of. He never pressures. He coaches, guides and monitors your individual situation.
My old dentist retired and I never thought Id find a comparable one! But I did and am always more than satisfied! The staff is fabulous and helpful. Dr. Bill is skilled, personable and very efficient! He also makes you feel at ease. I would highly recommend Canton Heights Dental!
I have been going to the dentist regularly since I was a teenager in braces. I have had 5 or 6 dentists in my life and I am currently 55 years old. Dr. Bill is the ONLY dentist that I felt was truly concerned about me and the health of my teeth and gums.
I have ALWAYS had at least one or more teeth on watch my entire life until I started going to Dr. Bill at Canton Heights Dental. He does not spend his time trying to get me to do unnecessary dental work in order to make money. He carefully looks at my teeth after each 6-month cleaning and determines if any work is needed. I have been going to him for several years now and know if he informs me that I could have a problem with a particular tooth, I will do what he says is needed since he is a true professional in every sense of the word.
The office staff is amazing from the moment you walk in the door. Going to the dentist can be a real scare for a lot of people. But, this staff puts you at ease with any procedure you need whether it is getting your 6-month cleaning, getting fitted for a new crown or determining if you need a filling.
Suzanne is one of the first faces youll see, here at Canton Heights Dental. Joining our team was her first experience in the dental field, but she hit the ground running and quickly became our missing link. She is a part-time poet and artist, and full-time practice administrator, wife and mom of three kids and three dogs. Denise just joined our team in August of 2020, and our patients havent stopped raving about her! She has such a passion for what she does, and it certainly comes shining through in the way that she cares for our patients.
Denise is also the proud mom of a talented teenage daughter, who excels in volleyball and basketball. When shes not driving all over the state to see Ansley play sports, she is watching whatever college football game she can find to cheer for.
Connie graduated from Cedartown High School and then went on to the Medical College of Georgia and Shorter College, earning a B.A. in Business Administration. Shes been in the dental field for over 30 years since she was a senior in high school. Connie has been a cat mom for years, but just recently added her first dog to the mix. She is constantly keeping us entertained with rambunctious chase videos with her two fur babies.
Connie is passionate about home design and construction and is frequently finding amazing deals on hidden interior design gems. She loves working outdoors on her property, shopping at the Mart in Atlanta, along with traveling and spending time with her husband.
Bekah was born and raised in a small town in Illinois. She moved here as a senior in high school, and graduated from Cass High. After graduation, she was a stay at home mom for a while before attending dental assisting school.
She worked at another dental practice in Canton for three years as a Dental Assistant before joining our team at the front desk. She was looking for a change of pace in her career, and we were thrilled to have her join Suzanne at the front desk.
When Bekah isnt here helping our patients take pride in their smiles, she is spending time with her husband and three children. She loves cheering on the GA Bulldogs, working in her garden, crafting and trying out new recipes.
