Dr. Goch believes in only treating what needs to be treated and doesnt push any unnecessary procedures. The atmosphere of our practice is down-to-earth and casual, as we want you to feel welcome and at ease when receiving treatment. Our commitment is to provide high-quality dentistry in a relaxed, comfortable, courteous and efficient manner.
Dr. Goch has been practicing dentistry since 1993 and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. His experience and training, in combination with his commitment to your oral health make him a dentist you can trust.
We will take the time to talk with you and listen to your concerns, answering any questions you may have about your dental treatment. Your proposed procedure will be explained to you clearly and in detail. Dr. Goch will present you with your best treatment options, and let you make the final decision.
Our team understands that sometimes going to the dentist can be a little scary. For this reason, we make the experience as comfortable as possible for you. Our highly trained hygienists give excellent, gentle cleanings, and when injections are needed, Dr. Goch first applies a topical anesthetic, giving it plenty of time to take effect, and then gives the injection very slow so that it is not even felt.
We understand that keeping teeth healthy for life begins with instilling habits for good oral hygiene at an early age. We use models to demonstrate the proper way to brush and floss, and also use educational videos as your children grow older; all while maintaining a fun, positive atmosphere.
Dr. Goch has been practicing dentistry since 1993. He is committed to providing the highest quality dental care in a pleasant, relaxing, family environment. Dr. Goch truly cares for his patients and makes every effort to help them feel comfortable and at ease about their dental procedures.
His caring attitude extends beyond your office visit with excellent follow-up aftercare and personal phone calls. Dr. Goch will never recommend procedures that you dont need, and he is very generous with his time and efforts, going the extra mile with his patient care.
Dr. Goch has been trained in, and is experienced with, a wide range of general and cosmetic dental procedures. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) from the University of Maryland College of Dentistry in 1992, and his AEGD (General Dentistry Residency) from Temple University College of Dentistry in 1993.
Dr. Goch is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and has received an award for professional excellence from the Northern Virginia Prosthodontics Society. He has also been voted Best Dentist in Cherokee County.
Dr. Goch enjoys participating in family activities with his wife, Candice, and their daughter, Summer. An avid athlete, Dr. Goch qualified for the U.S. Olympic Swim Trials, was an NCAA All-American Athlete, and has competed in five Ironman triathlons.

My husband and I came to this dentist a couple months ago and it was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist office. We waited for over two hours just to be seen by the dentist himself and turns out he was just in his office down the hall. I have now been trying to get ahold of them all day to get our x-rays sent over to our new awesome dentist and they will not pick up the phone. If I could give zero stars I would.

This place has been great to me and my family for about 15 years or more. My father who has since passed, always hated going to the dentist until he came to Dr. Goch. He's the only dentist he liked and enjoyed seeing. He thought a lot of Dr. Goch. They do amazing professional work and the staff are always super friendly and jovial. Same staff for many years and they all know me. The facility is always super clean and smells nice. They also play pretty cool music. I never leave this place feeling like they didn't care if I was there or not or like I was rudely mistreated. I also never leave this place feeling like I was hit in the mouth with a hammer because they're gental and they know what they're doing. They always make sure I'm comfortable. I couldn't recommend this place more and I hope I never have to find another dentist.

I've been coming here for well over a year and I could not be happier! Everyone there is super helpful and friendly (here's looking at you Amber). I have always been so well pleased with my service here! And they are always quick to fit me in with my busy schedule! If you're needing a dentist, don't look any further. You've found your spot!

DONT come here! Messed up my crown and now I have to pay another dentist to fix his mistakes. My new dentist said he's never seen such a bad crown job.

I didn't look up reviews before going because they were able to get me in the quickest out of anyone in the area. Had such a good experience I thought I should leave a review. I'm shocked at the negative reviews cause that wasn't my experience at all. All staff is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. It the facility was clean and everyone worked together like a well oiled machine. I love Dr. Goch's sense of humor. He called after my procedure and checked on me the next day too when I wasn't expecting it. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area and their prices are pretty standard.

I have been going to Canton Dental for years now and refer everyone I know here. I know everyone has different experiences but I have never had such an amazing STAFF at a dentist office before. I would be remiss if I didn't shout out Amber herself. She is ALWAYS so kind on the phone, quick and efficient. Communication is great when working through claims with my insurance and this office. Dr. Goch was available 24/7 when I had more extensive work done and had a bad reaction to a medication. He answered the phone late at night and was able to switch my script. I truly will not go anywhere else until I HAVE to. Quick and efficient - I feel cared for and my time is valued. Dr. Goch listened when we had 2 options with a certain tooth and valued my opinion on it. And too his tech back in fillings, I am SO sorry I forget your name, Missy or Misty? YOU ARE AWESOME! Y'all always make me laugh and feel welcome and safe.

Dr. Goch slammed a tool on the floor and shoved a swinging table against the wall right in front of me, the patient, sitting in the chair already full of anxiety. I ended up needing THREE root canals after having work done. One root canal was needed on a tooth that I didn't even know they were going to work on(it was next to a tooth with a cavity). While in the chair, I also heard Dr Goch speaking very mean (hissing evilly) at one of his assistants. I would be afraid to work there.

If you are looking for a dental care that is very thorough, has a family staffed environment, then look no further than Canton Dental! Dr. Goch has called us individually, after hours, (in his personal family time) just to check on my wife and I, to make sure we were good from our procedures that was flawlessly executed. My wife and I live in the North Georgia area, right on the TN. line, and it's worth every second of our efforts and the distance traveled. In fact, the staff and Dr. Goch was very mindful of our drive, scheduled my wife and I at the same time to accomodate, catered/entertained our children while assisting us with our dental needs. The staff has a very perfect balance of professionalism and great humor to make your visit a peaceful and stress-free experience. I am a former dental assistant myself, and understand the ups and downs of the dental business, and we literally look forward to our appointments, as they have totally transformed our mouths into a happy smile of pearly whites. Folks, look no further than Canton Dental for your next/future appointments!

Had a crown done and after multiple attempts to correct it I still have ongoing issues/tooth sensitivity. But they are still happy to bill in full!
