Our dentist referred our 16 year old to Dr. Martin to have her wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Martin and his staff were excellent. Our daughter opted for sedation because hers were impacted. Her recovery has been very smooth and she hasn't touched the prescribed pain meds. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and would recommend Canterbury Oral and Dr. Martin to anyone.

The Dr. and his crew were all remarkable. They had all four of my wisdom teeth removed in 45 minutes, took the time to meet every need I had during the visit with compassion and attentiveness, and soothed all of my worries with their exceptional care! I highly recommend them for their work!

Took our daughter in after another dentist blew her off. She has a bad infection and everyone at Canterbury Oral was amazing. Dr. Martin made sure she was treated quickly and then has checked in daily. Having someone who cares has been a boon.

8 month ordeal to have cracked and rotting tooth pulled with anesthesia. They are acting like it is a complete joke when it is a serious health risk. They don't really care about patients or else this wouldn't have taken 8 months! Secretaries are rude, uncaring, and do not give needed assistance to patients. The lack of knowledge and care the secretary I have spoken to is horrible. (July 2021) To fill out the patient information- the link they continually sent me via email was broken. After a month of telling them it is broke, send me the information by mail! I was sent a PDF version to fill out only to find it didn't work, nor could it be printed. After fighting with that, and letting them know they could have sent me the paper work BY MAIL and it would have been done faster, they proceeded to send me yet another version of paperwork via LOCKED PDF, thus no way to fill out or to print. Because of their failure to fix their 3 month long paperwork issue. October 2021 - AFTER Canterbury Oral cancelled my original appointment because they wouldnt mail the paperwork, my dentist secretary was the one whom managed to get Canterbury Oral to send them a fax so I could fill out needed paperwork and fax it back. Canterbury Oral informed my dentist they cancelled my October appointment & I needed to call for reschedule (new appointment placed in January 2022!!!) After attempting to get a tooth pulled for 8 months, a reminder call of - You remember you have an appointment on this date at this time? Great! CLICK - was all the communication I have received. There have been no instructions on anesthesia protocol, before care protocol, nothing. It is now 4 hours before my appointment and WE are having to call to confirm I still have an appointment, what the anesthesia protocol is, and what all we need to bring and be prepared for... After calling at 8am not only did they NOT have me down for anesthesia (the ONLY reason why I was I going to them to have a simple tooth pull) they also blamed my dentist for not telling them oral sedation was required. My dentist DID tell them as I was standing right there when they sent the referral. I also told them MULTIPLE times I needed oral sedation for tooth removal or else my normal dentist would be pulling my teeth. My appointment has been rescheduled FOR THE THIRD TIME to February 2022 Canterbury secretaries are a joke and if I could find someone else to do the dental work I need I would go there. Sadly, this dental surgeon is claimed to be the best and is the only one in our area.

I'm so impressed with the attention Dr. Martin gave me as a patient. I even called on a Friday evening concerned about infection and he called me HIMSELF, and called in a prescription for an antibiotic. Thank you so much for your awesome service!

Canterbury Oral is awesome! I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out with just local anesthetic. He and his team were so caring and really helped me settle down a bit. He got them out so quickly and I was on my way! I had to come back due to some complications that happened due to improper after surgery care. I called the office and they were able to fit me in the same afternoon despite being swamped. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Martin is not only an amazing doctor but also has the biggest heart I've ever seen! He will do anything for his patients and will go ABOVE AND BEYOND for them. My son was in EXTREME pain, we took him to his peds doctor and they didn't take it too seriously and sent him on his way. Dr. Martin was quick to see him and pulled the tooth immediately because it was infected. My son did form an abscess and needed surgery. Dr. Martin was quick to treat my son and was there for him100%. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor to take care of the situation. He is very personable and I just can't say enough great things about him!

Dr. Martin and his staff were wonderful! I was going to get IV anesthesia and he talked me down to just get local, boy was I glad! I didn't feel a thing and it took a whole 5-10 minutes! And saved us a ton of money.

Dr.Martin is amazing. My wife was having pain on her wisdom tooth on Christmas Day. We called the office the day after Christmas and realized the office is closed. Then we call the phone number was left on their voicemail. They called the Dr. Martin and Dr. Martin reopen his office for us and took out her wisdom tooth! Much appreciated!

I do not regret having chosen this facility to get all of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Martin and his staff were so kind and professional the entire time. I would highly recommend them for this type of procedures as they were so swift and clearly love their job.

Dr. Martin is an amazing oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He is caring and compassionate with his patients, something that is very difficult to find in doctors nowadays. He has treated my family and I with kindness and respect. I have great respect for Dr.Martin and all of the work that he does for his patients. I travel ten hours just to see me. He is a very understating doctor. He genuinely cares for his patients and how they are doing. The work that he has done on me has honestly changed my life in a positive way, he did a perfect job. I highly highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed at all.
