They were the cheapest option, but I should have known that cheaper isn't better. They overbook and I'm not sure they use experienced orthodontists. My kids brackets either break or the wire comes out. This has been a consistent issue. Not sure if they are not placed correctly because they are trying to move too quick. We have never been seen at the appointment time. It takes at the best an hour to be called in, and that has been their best and only once. If you can afford it, go somewhere else.

Please please don't go to this place. I had my braces with them for 3 years and they ruined my mouth and not just that they also made me paid to help my tooth come down they didn't and also charged me extra for that and didn't want to give me my money back. Please don't go here it will cause you so much problema. This is how my mouth look after 3 year of braces.

I did not have a good experience though the dentist Raisa Gulastanyan was fine and did her job well. But the one that made the experience really bad was the assistant Jaylie, who was doing her job heartlessly. She kept sliding and slipping the mirror device of my jaws even after my repeated requests to her to be a little careful and mindful. And the dentist, Raisa also noticed it and then began asking her about her experience etc. I mean she could also clearly see how careless and casual Jaylie was while working. It was really annoying and when she realised that I was a little irritated, instead of correcting herself, she began asking me silly and stupid questions just to irritate me more. While polishing my teeth, after the dentist was finished, she began asking me about the taste. Obviously, the taste of mint is not really bad. So it was clear she was trying to tease me. I could easily tell she is the baby girl there and trying to feel confident by acting over smart. And while polishing my teeth when the dentist had already left, she aslo mentioned that she was short and had raise the height of the stool. I will go there again for my next appointment but if this kind of nasty, unprofessional and casual and careless work and behaviour continues, I will have to reconsider this dental clinic. I must say that the dentist was fine and did her job well.

Avoide this place please. They over charge you and they don't respect the contracts. Now they want charge $150 for Avery Vista even that if you pay every thing on full. JUAN General manager doesn't respect appointment times very poor organization, and they over schulde appointments. If you want problems and nothing than headaches this is the place. I'm done with them. Yo been warn!!

Excellent Service and great Ortho prices. Got a couple of quotes before coming here and both were over $5,000, @canogaparkdental paying less than half of that! Front office is nice and professional, especially Mary, Rosie and Juanito. Just booked a Dental appt. Will update after. Update: Dental visit went great as well! I felt taken care of and the regular cleaning was amazing! I have never had a regular cleaning lime this, at other dentists that I've been to it literally feels like they're just brushing my teeth; at Canoga Park Dental my teeth and gums feel super clean.

I responded to a postcard from Canoga Park Dental and they left me hanging. After my check up they found that I needed a root canal. And so it was scheduled and they performed it knowing full well that Dentical covered the procedure but not the crown. When I called to follow up with the crown I was dealing with a different office manager who knew nothing about me. The dentist who did the root canal was the 3rd different dentist who saw me by that time there as well. How do you do a root canal on someone and leave them with a temporary filling knowing full well that you weren't going to finish it permanently? I wound up loosing the tooth compliments of #Canoga Park Dental. They turned a small problem into a major one. From the dentists who work there for a few days and then disappear, to the office staff who aren't there very much longer, the turnover there is staggering. There is no continuity. I would give zero stars if I could. All the 5 star reviews are from Canoga Park Dental's shills. Save yourself the hassle and find a stable dentist who you know will be there when you need them.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to anything dental related. This office is one of the best I have ever attended. They really care for the patient and put you first. They will work with you and make sure your care is the best as well as make a payment plan if insurance doesn't cover your entire procedure. I can say if I need dental work this will be the first place I go. Totally recommend this office and Rosie the front office coordinator is do attentive and caring too.
