Dr. Cangelosi grew up in Baton Rouge and attended Catholic High School. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, Louisiana Dental Association, Greater Baton Rouge Dental Association and Continuing Dental Education of Baton Rouge.

Beautiful office, a friendly staff, and no wait time is what you will find at Cangelosi Family Dentistry. I recently went to a different dentistry who told me a had 6 cavities that would each cost around $300. Considering I have never had any kind of dental issue, I was confused. I went to Dr. Cangelosi's office for a second opinion and he checked my teeth and assured me I had no cavities. You can count on Dr. Cangelosi and his staff to be honest, efficient and friendly! 10/21/2022 Went to Dr. Cangelosi for 5 years while I lived in Baton Rouge. All his hygienists are efficient, effective, and gentle. I never felt pain during cleanings. Dr. Cangelosi is professional and genuinely cares for his patients. I would leave a 10-star review if I could! BEST DENTIST IN BR HANDS DOWN!!!

Love love love this dental office - even though it has been several years since I've been I felt like I was a part of their family - I deal with a lot of anxiety going to the dentist - getting my teeth cleaned there is always an enjoyable relaxing experience and when I have to have work done Dr. Cangelosi makes the experience comfortable and does a great job

I've been seeing Dr Cangelosi and team for at least 15 years! I go religiously every 6 months for my routine cleaning. There have been times when I needed an intermittent check and I've always been able to get in quick. Several years ago I had a tooth accident, which needed immediate repair. Dr Cangelosi did such an amazing job that even I (still) can't tell anything was done (ie, the work came out so natural-looking). The service, care, professionalism, and friendliness are top notch and not to mention, the office is meticulously clean! When I go, I feel like family. I'll be the first to say, going to the dentist (in general) gives me great anxiety but they always make me feel at ease. I couldn't recommend Dr Cangelosi/team in any higher regard! They are truly amazing... especially my best hygienist, Mandy! Thank you guys!!

Dr. Cangelosi has been our dentist since the 90s and I can truly say that every visit has been great. Friendly staff, competent care - our teeth are clean and healthy thanks to them.
