Dr. Michael Grosso received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of South Carolina, where he graduated first in his class. He obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina and received his Orthodontic Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University in his native state of New Jersey. Dr. Michael Grosso has been serving the lowcountry for over 25 years with locations in Moncks Corner and Summerville, SC.
Dr. Fulcher lives in Summerville with four children, Sarah, Gracie, Hayden and Noah. They are active members of Bethany United Methodist Church. Dr. Fulcher enjoys spending time with his family on the lake, camping and skiing. He also enjoys playing golf in the woods surrounding many of the fine golf courses in the Lowcountry
Dr. Fulcher is a Board Certified Orthodontist who has distinguished himself in is profession as well as in his home community over the years. He graduated number one in his class from the College of Dental Medicine at MUSC and has received many academic and service awards from MUSC and Emory University. While at Emory, Dr, Fulcher received the prestigious Dr. Howard Higgins Scholarship.

My experience with Cane Bay Orthodontics has been nothing short of phenomenal! My 2 girls have been seeing Dr. Grosso over the past two years and would never consider going ANYWHERE else. We recently relocated to Columbia SC and we still choose to travel back to Cane Bay orthodontics because the staff here are top notch! Ms. Denise is always helpful, friendly and accommodating, the techs/assistant's always takes great care of my girls and Dr. Grosso is truly one of a kind! From the time we enter the door, until the time we leave, we receive EXCELLENT service.....EVERY TIME!!! Thank you all!

Cane Bay Orthodontics is THE place to go for orthodontic care. Dr. Fulcher is amazing with his patients. He always makes my 10-year-old son feel at ease during the appointments. He truly does what is best for the patient. The office staff is always courteous and willing to schedule appointments at the most convenient time for families. Denise goes above and beyond to be sure parents and patients understand every step of the process. The entire team works well together which creates such a great environment! They explain everything step-by-step to assist patients in maintaining the best orthodontic/dental health. I rate them 5 stars all the way!!

Dr Fulcher and his team are wonderful. I had the best patient experience at each and every visit. The team is very professional and treat patients as family. Dr Fulcher explained to me my orthodontic options and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Now, my daughter is a patient as well. Yay!

After the unexpected death of our Orthodontist, Dr. Harrington, I decided to have the Phase 2 treatment with Dr. Fulcher at Cane Bay Orthodontics! We were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful accommodating staff! Dr. Fulcher is so thorough and has great bedside manners with his patients and their parents! You will have no regrets taking your Orthodontic needs to this local Goose Creek Business!

Dr. Grosso has treated three members of my family for well over a year with both traditional braces and Invisalign. He and his entire office staff are caring and pay the utmost attention to our needs. They are flexible with scheduling and are able to see us quickly when the need arises. This is hands down the best orthodontist in Goose Creek. The staff at Cane Bay Orthodontics are EXCEPTIONAL! Dr. Grosso is always upbeat and quite professional. Ms. Denise goes above and beyond to make appointments that are convenient to our work and school schedule. My two sons and I have all had braces with Dr. Grosso, and we can't truly thank him and his staff enough for such a great experience and our beautiful smiles.. ;)

We were so pleased with the beautiful smile Dr. Fulcher provided for our oldest daughter, that I made an Invisalign appointment for myself the day her traditional braces came off! Fast forward a year later and I now have an amazing smile, thanks to Dr. Fulcher! Being a 40 something mama, scared of the dentist/orthodontist office, Dr. Fulcher and his AMAZING staff always made me feel at ease and talked me through each appointment!
