Dr. Hall, originally from Sumter, SC, received her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina. After completing the first several years of her dental career in Columbia, SC, Dr. Hall, her husband Rico, and their daughter Arden could not be happier to call the Charleston area home again.
Dr. Hall has had a passion for dentistry since high school and loves to see patients lives impacted for the better through the dental care they receive. She is grateful that Cane Bay Family Dentistry provides a friendly, comfortable atmosphere and up-to-date technology that enables her to provide the best treatment possible to patients.
Dr. Hall is a member of the American Dental Association and the Christian Dental Society. She regularly participates in continuing education courses to further her knowledge and skill. It is important to her that everyone has access to compassionate dental care, and she has devoted countless hours of her time to serving underserved communities.

I hate going to the dentist, but Cane Bay put me at my ease immediately. My hygienist was thorough and gentle, assuring me that I was doing well with my oral hygiene, and keeping track of my progress. The dentist was attentive and answered my questions thoughtfully. The offices help make the experience as pleasant as possible.

Been seeing Cane Bay Dentistry since we moved to Summerville 2 years ago. They are prompt and professional, staff are wonderful. Hygienists are very gentle! I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to this dentist for 7 years but this visit was the absolute best. My teeth were cleaned with such care and attention. The staff is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and simply amazing.

I get my teeth cleaned every two months. I have seen 3 hygienists there and all three were very thorough. Recently I retired and have insurance through Cobra and ran into difficulties with the Cobra company acknowledging my insurance. They have been very patient to work through this with me to ensure payment of services. Highly recommend!

Love Dr Bowling. However, saw another dentist while he was out on paternity leave and had horrible experience. She diagnosed a cavity and potential gum cancer, both stressed me out and neither were correct.

I've been going here with my husband for a few years and have never had any issues. I'm a travel night shift nurse and getting an appointment for anything can be a task at times. I had a cleaning scheduled in the 26th and so did my husband. We also had booked those appointments FOUR months ago to get in. We called the office on the 25th to confirm and we're told both of our appointments had been cancelled and no other appointments were available that day. When we asked why the receptionist said it's because we had not confirmed by Friday the 22nd (4 full days before our appointments). We informed her we had been on a cruise and had no access to emails, texts or calls. She was very rude and basically told us "oh well". We also informed her that we had no information on this being a policy of theirs as we'd been patients for a few years. We got an appointment at another local dentist within the next two weeks with much better service.

We are having issues with billing process. I was given an estimate for two fillings by the person at front desk. She asked me to pay 50% upfront that I did pay and 50% was on the visit on the day of fillings. I was told today that they are out of network for my dental insurance so I have to pay more. First, I was not told that they are out of network on my last visit. Then I called my insurance and they told me that this dental office is in network and should not be charging anything extra than my copay. I called the office back twice and still waiting for the call back to resolve the issue. I don't understand who is correct: insurance or dental office? The point is that we are stuck in the middle and are paying more than what is required. I hope the office resolve this as I called twice the insurance and they told me that this office in network.

Called my insurance company to ask if canebay dentistry was in network they said yes called and made an appointment over a week ago gave them my insurance information she said they took my insurance go to my visit today they took me back did xrays then told me what I needed a filling told them I needed to see what my insurance was going to cover then they came in and told me they did not take HMO insurance and charged me $184.00 for xrays I feel like they took advantage of me and someone needs to refresh their finance team
