Absolutely love all of them there. I paid out of pocket and they helped me out. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

The dentist couldn't figure out how to get me numb. After a bunch of Novocaine and Epinephrine, I was a shaking mess and the dentist refused to treat the root canal she'd already drilled the tooth down for. I said "Isn't my tooth going to hurt after it's been drilled though?" And she said "No it might be sensitive to cold, but that's all." Now I have a fat, red, swollen cheek and a more-sore-than-before tooth. This is the third appointment I've had with this office and all three have been unpleasant. This one's just the worst of it. But hey, I got an orange tootsie pop out of it.

Always changing Dentists , never consistent! They are open until 5 pm but they are always trying to change my 4 pm appt and take my kids out of school, why do they can leave early Frustrating and unorganized

Brought my daughter here waited for 12 minutes while her back was turned to me nurses didn't bother to check us in and if your child is over 7 they don't allow a parent back which is dumb but ill find a better place

I only gave one star because there was no option for zero stars. Do not take your children here. They have no business considering themselves a pediatric dental off. They are horrible. Not good with kids. I literally would not take my dog there. I understand it's hard sometimes to find places that take your insurance and see children. Trust me when I tell you to keep looking. It's worth the work to find someplace else.

As a new patient, Dr. Phil was the greatest at easing my fears when I needed a tooth pulled. All the staff was professional and very nice. Would highly recommend for someone who has high anxiety about seeing the dentist!

This is the first dentist I find myself looking forward to visiting. Dr. Phil and his staff are masters in thier field and just an absolute pleasure to be around. If your anxiously putting off dental work I can not stress enough to give this office a try.

Took my 3 year old daughter here ONCE and didn't think I was going to have an issue until she was supposed to have her second appointment.. well glad to say I have found her a new dentist as should anyone else! The front desk is unprofessional and rude! Too busy having their own personal conversations to care about the patients. I stood at the front desk window for about 5 minutes or more with their back turned to me waiting to turn my papers in because they were too busy having their own conversations to care to pay attention. On the voice-mail to confirm my daughters appointment the lady was already having a conversation in the beginning of the voice-mail. I was told because I had to reschedule my daughter's dental cleaning appointment due to vehicle issues that it was my second cancelation and that I can't go there anymore so they won't reschedule.. ok well my daughter has been there ONCE before and I have NEVER canceled before I would love to know when I have had two cancelations but that's Ok I have happily found a better dentist already! I should have NEVER taken my daughter here to begin with. I should have clearly listened to all the bad reviews before EVER scheduling here to begin with, clearly here for good reason..

I just went in and had a full mouth extraction teh dentist did an excellent job, no pain but just pressure and he assured it,he had all 20 teeth out in like 30 minutes once he began pulling,Good job i will recommend this dentistry to all.

The practice chooses how to go about cleaning your teeth. Dr. Parks is awesome, I loved her as a person. Made me comfortable during my root canal and crown. However I noticed that after my initial cleaning with the office, I still had tarter build up on the back of my bottom row teeth. Left the office due to distance and went back to my old dentist. She didn't believe me when I told her I had my teeth cleaned about 6 months ago when she saw that tarter build up. Got rid of it for me within minutes. So I guess the 4 stars comes from me liking the staff there but unfortunately not getting my teeth properly cleansed 6 months ago. I noticed the tarter build up before but I just assumed the office needed a special type of dentist to get rid of it and that's why they didn't do it. Come to find out, any Hygienist can do it IF they want to.

Dr. Parks is such an amazing dentist for me coming from traumatic experiences with my other dentists that I drive from Pennsylvania to still use her as my dentist.

Dr. Parks took me in as new patient when I was in terrible pain and took care of it immediately. I had been at another dental practice just the day before where I was treated poorly and left in pain with no options. I was not pressured into any other services at this office and they said multiple times that their only concern that day was to get me out of pain and I could then come back in the future for other services if I chose to. The assistant, Billie, made me feel immediately relieved as soon as I walked into the office. She assured me they were going to take care of me and they did. Billie kept me smiling and laughing through entire procedure. I was comfortable and happy the entire time. The procedure was completed in the blink of an eye and afterward, they spent a responsible amount of time making sure I was ok and knew what I needed to do for aftercare before I left. I am so grateful to this doctor and her staff, including Nicole at the front desk who made my new patient process a breeze. I was absolutely shocked when Nicole told me how little I owed for this emergency procedure. It was hundreds of dollars less than I was quoted the day before by another practice for the same procedure. I cannot express how happy I am and how many thanks I would like to give to everyone at this office. Even though I live 30 minutes away, I will only be using this dentist in the future.

Horrible service and rude staff. They cancel appointments without warning and expect you to confirm numerous times or your scheduled appointment will be cancelled.

Since i have been going to this dentist they have improved. If you have a problem they make sure its fixed and fixed properly. I am happy with the service i receive.

Absolutley terrible. They drilled a hole in my husbands gum. They scheduled 5 people at the same time and I had to sit there for an hour with no work done. Everybody told me not to use this place and I should've listened. DONT GO HERE!!

Not sure why so many bad reviews. Thank you guys so much for getting me in so fast for a new patient. The stafe was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely love my doctor he was so nice and made sure he took care of my tooth pain right away. Thank you all so much. This is the first dentist I can say I will love to go to.

I've been going here for about 6 months, there has been one time that I was in the chair for a long time waiting. They do schedule a few people at once and the dentist does what he needs to fast. But Dr Phill is my dentist and he tries to work with me. I'm very scared of the Novocaine but he makes it okay. I love Erin and Nichole at the front, they are so nice. I had 5 root canals, 6 crowns 2 fillings and like 10 teeth pulled. I'm waiting on my parshals now. But my crowns are beautiful. The work may not be the best. But the staff is really amazing. If there is a problem they are more then willing to get you in and fix it! They did all my work in a short amount of time. The bad reviews must be old. I don't mind going there at all and I HATE the dentist!! Thank you for all the work you guys have done for me!! Anne!!
