Best dental experience that I've ever had. They are such a caring staff. I had a tooth extracted and there was very little pain. If you are looking for a really good dental clinic this is definitely the best. Thanks

Always have fast and efficient service. The ladies at the front desk are always warm and welcoming. My last visit, the hygienist was very attentive to the issues I said I was having with tooth sensitivity and made several very helpful suggestions. Plus this was the best deep cleaning I've had in a long time. I highly recommend Canal Street Family Dentistry.

I received a crown from Dr. Lotten which I regret! He made me sign a ton of forms saying that the crown was good while I was still numb which should have been a red flag. I had a cleaning 6 months after this crown and they said nothing was wrong. One year later the crown still was not feeling like it fit. I found a new dentist that discovered during my cleaning X-ray that the crown did not fit correctly. I had the crown removed by a new dentist to discover my gums were inflamed and bleeding under the crown. As a result of Dr. Lottens terrible work I now must see an oral Surgeon to have the gum removed in order for new healthy gum tissue to grow. He literally only cares about making money and working fast. He has zero concern about doing the work correctly.

By far the most welcoming and kind staff that I've ever dealt with at a dentist office. Dr. Lotten is beyond wonderful. Thank you so much putting my anxieties at ease and getting me taken care of!

I've been going to Canal St. Family Dentistry for many years and I have not had a bad experience in all this time. Dr. Lotten and his staff are always professional, the office is clean and the music is appropriate. My most recent visit was 8/19/2021 and Nakia was my dental assistant. I hope she stays there (unless a better opportunity presents itself) as she's very calming and careful. I will continue to go back to Canal Street Family Dentistry until Dr. Lotten retires or I have a bad experience that can't be resolved.

Really nice looking office. The dental assistants seemed nice. Can't really say much about the dentist though. He didn't really introduce himself. Just kind of got to work and said the assistant will finish up. The dental assistant did take the time to explain to me everything which I really appreciated but would've been nice to get a proper introduction from the dentist. I have another appointment soon, I'll see how that goes and will follow up

I have always been afraid of the dentist( even thought I went all my life) and for the first time, I felt relaxed, calm and ready to put my" mouth" in their hands:) I love this place!!!
