Were proud to have a fantastic team thats led by five equally-fantastic dentists, Dr. Adelstein, Dr. Peterson, Dr. Mortelliti, and Dr. Lakkis all have years of experience providing a variety of dental services to patients of all ages, and they know that patient relationships and trust should always come first. From my first visit last week to my scaling today, this dental office has been wonderful. For someone who hasn't been a regular attendee in 20 plus years everyone was sweet and patient and most importantly gentle. So glad I found this place .

Came in for an issue gum related and they took me in on the day I called and even called to check up on me later. The ladies here are the sweetest and I'm so glad I came to Canal Side. The Dentist that came to check on me was super knowledgeable and through with our conversation and as a patient I really appreciated it. This practice is amazing and weirdly enough I am looking forward to coming back for my cleaning.

Waited to check in and waited to check out. Should have more people. Was not provided with a itemized receipt. Had to call for itemized receipt today. Teeth cleaning went up 22% in five months. Practice should focus less on pushing dental insurance and consider a discount to seniors?

Canal side family dental is a great, family oriented place. They are great with the kids and all the staff are patient and kind. It's always easy to book emergency appointments, and they always go the extra mile.

What a wonderful experience. Not only were they able to get me in to see Dr. Adelstein the same day, but they sent me an email so I could enter (some of which I had to look up) all necessary health and insurance info. The staff was super friendly and Dr. A was the best. Because they anticipate being completely reimbursed by my insurance, I did owe them anything. Great experience!!

Such a great experience with Dr Adelstein and Christine for a filling After putting my trust in a new Doctor after 25 years with Dr Winterle and Dr Peterson , I am so happy I did and I hope to continue to make the connection I had with the other doctors. The great office staff is so happy to help and navigate billing and so very NICE! Thank you again!!

I used to dread going to the dentist, my first visit at Canal Side Family Dental and everything has changed. They're a very kind, friendly, experienced team! They made me feel welcome and safe with such a sweet hygienist and a dentist whom was honest and knew exactly what I needed and what she wanted for me! I'm actually excited to go back and work on the dental plan they created just for me! I highly recommend going to Canal Side Family dental. You definitely won't regret it!!!!!

Very impressed with the staff, extremely friendly and professional. Always fun to be around, easy to make an appointment at any day and time that is convenient to me, sometimes I get an appointment on the very next day of calling, waiting time is less than 5 minutes, service is excellent and fast...WAY TO GO!

Alicia & Dr Peterson made my day yesterday! They were kind & understanding about my specific situation and came up with a different plan to meet my needs. Alicia was an awesome hygienist; who made me comfortable immediately and did a great job cleaning my teeth, listening to my concerns & helping to facilitate a solution. With Dr Peterson I also felt listened to and comfortable expressing my circumstances and now I look forward to my next appointment. This will be the first time I will feel happy walking into a dental office!

Told them I only have masshealth. They sais ok no problem at all. The do a quick exam. Over 100$ why do they keep sending me bills when they were fraudulent. So I'm going to send it to mass health and explain the harassment
