Dr. Hein is a Bloomington native and a graduate of Bloomington South High School and the Indiana University School of Dentistry. For the last 20 years, he has lived in Valparaiso where he was a partner in a large practice. As Dr. Hein and his wife prepare for their empty nest with kids going to college, they have made Indianapolis their home for the next chapter of their lives. Dr. Hein is excited to be the new owner of Campus Family Dental. He is looking forward to meeting and treating both our existing and new patients.
I love this place! They put the patient first, they are a great team! They go above and beyond, unlike a lot of businesses/medical office would not do! Melissa, Krista and Dr. V are the best!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about the dentist and his staff. I was so nervous and they all put me at ease. Best dentist I have EVER had! I'm 45 mins south of the office,but I will happily drive there for the amazing staff and dentist! You are a person with feelings,not just a number to them all.Need a higher rating than 5 star cuz they deserve WAYYYY more!they also took my Medicaid when nobody else would and got me in promptly!

I took my mom here as she is on Medicaid and these guys were about the only ones around accepting Medicaid patients. My mom also has Alzheimer's disease. The hygienist taking her xrays was extremely good with her and she had to retake the xrays several times. I heard her in there laughing with my mom. Very sweet. The doctor also was very caring and concerned and informed me very well of what was going on. I would definintely recommend!

They got me in super quick for an abscess and I was a new patient. I called Thursday and had my appointment scheduled the following Monday. They accept my insurance (Anthem HIP) and not many places accept that right now. The staff was friendly and there was no waiting time after filling out my paperwork. The dentist is great and knows what he's doing. I'm going back in a week for my extraction. My normal dentist couldn't get me in for 6 weeks!!! That's insane having an abscess! I'm grateful for Campus Family Dental!

None of the staff were wearing masks or wearing them correctly. The staff was generally unpleasant and fear-inducing about my concerns and did not listen to my answers, asking me the same questions repeatedly. I felt shamed and ignored and left the appointment in tears.

Amazing people and dentist!! I'll start with Melissa. She is such an amazing person, very helpful and communication is fantastic. The dentist is awesome as well. The main guy and the female are wonderful. I have had so much work done there and it's always excellent work. My husband as well. They did excellent on his teeth.

10/10 would recommend. I've been avoiding the dentist for about two years now, but a bump under my tongue and pain on the left side had me really worried about cysts and oral cancer. I was not a patient but they were able to see me the same day for an exam. I am so relieved and happy and will be a patient here as long as I live in Bloomington!

This office was recommended to me because the staff was "so friendly." Now I am recommending this office because it is staffed with wonderful, competent people, headed by a dentist who is at the top of his game. A great experience!

first let start with how rude staff be via phone. asked if they did extractions before traveling. they said yes so called off work and wasted my gas to commute to bloomington, for them to tell me I had to go see another dentist because they don't do them. like huh??

Called to make an appointment for a tooth extraction. I'm 7 months pregnant and had a horrible abscess on my tooth. After I made my appointment the pain got extremely worse so I called back and asked if there was any closer date for my appt. She called me back and told me to come in an hour later. I was in tears from pain when i walked in and not even 5 minutes later they had me in the back all numbed up. Tooth extraction was not painful at all. LOVED my experience here!!!

I love these guys! My first visit was to fix a chipped and sharp front tooth. They made me feel very calm and were so kind. Returned today for fillings, again I felt very calm and was informed of the whole process. Thank you so much Campus Family Dental.

Called to schedule an appointment to learn that even though my insurance lists them as a provider they simply aren't "accepting" anyone with my insurance at this time
