I had heard many great things about Dr. Campos. In December of 2020 I called in to check if my insurance would cover and to make an appointment appointment for an examination and a cleaning. I received a call back letting me know that my examination and cleaning would in fact be covered 100%. I showed up early to my 8 a.m. appointment to fill out paperwork. To my surprise, the staff arrived late. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. He dedicated time to me to explain and go over things. In January of 2021 I received a bill to my e-mail. I called to find out why I was receiving my bill if I had been told that they had verified coverage and that it would be covered. "Nere" told me again that she had called my insurance to verify my coverage and that they had told her it would be covered. She insisted she did not know why they did not cover it and told me I would have to call my insurance myself. I called my insurance to verify coverage myself. I was told that the type of X-rays that they did were not covered and they told me the x-rays that were covered. When I asked why they did not provide that information to the dentist they confirmed through their records that nobody ever called to verify coverage. When I called the Dental office back to inquire why coverage was not verified Nere now claimed that she checked the system and noticed she did not call to verify coverage but she checked online. She further stated "not to pay" the bill as that would be "up to me" if I paid it or not. I let her know that I do not intend to not pay but I wanted to see which X-rays they had done as it was not fair I was getting billed for this. I requested a call back from the Doctor as she said he is the only "manager" above her and she said that he would not want to talk to me about billing.

DR CAMPOS & HIS CARING STAFF DESERVES NOTHING LESS THAN 5 STARS. EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY FIRST CLASS DENTAL TREATMENTS OUR FAMILY HAS ENJOYED FOR MANY YEARS - THANKS TO DR. FERDINAND CAMPOS . BEFORE WE WERE SCARED OF VISITING OTHER DENTAL OFFICES IN THE PAST BUT EVER SINCE WE WERE INTRODUCED TO DR CAMPOS IN CORAL SPRINGS , ( BY A FRIEND OVER 10 YEARS AGO ) , HIS CARING FAMILY APPROACH AND PAIN FREE DENTAL TREATMENTS ENCOURAGED US TO DO ALL TREATMENTS FROM FILLING / CLEANINGS AND IMPORTANT NEEDED COSMETIC WORK . My husband and I were in search of a new dentist and Dr. Campos was recommended. My husband had extensive dental work which created an entire new smile. The staff are kind, courteous and helpful. Dr. Campos also did some new bridge work for me. He did a great job and took his time until it was perfect. Definitely recommend! Thanks, Dr. Campos!

Many other reviewers are praising Dr. Campos' professionalism. And I can absolutely confirm his high level of professionalism. He takes the time to listen to his patients and explain everything in layman's terms. He also has a very nice demeanor which puts the patient at ease. At least that's how it was for me. I went to him some time ago regarding my wisdom teeth. He explained that they should not be removed because the roots rest too close to the jawbone. He stated that if the bone is chipped while removing the teeth it would be extremely painful. A less knowledgeable dentists may have just gone ahead and removed them. And the results could have been excruciatingly painful. I'm glad I went to this guy. And I'll never go to another dentist. Even though I've moved since, and it's a little further to drive, he's the only dentist I'll deal with. He earned my trust, and I highly recommend him and of course his fantastic staff.

As a patient of Dr. Campos for many years, I can confidently says he's one of the BEST dentist practitioner. I dislike going to the dentist - it's not pleasant. Dr. Campos makes it so bearable - pain or discomfort are minimum if any. My entire family and extended family are also patients who see Dr. Campos. His friendly and pleasant demeanor is also quite welcoming!
