Dr. Campbell is proud to provide outstanding orthodontic care to his native community. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Virginia Tech and his dental doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before receiving his Master's of Dental Science and Certificate in Orthoodontics from the University of Connecticut (residency).
Dr. Campbell is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics who has been published in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics. He is a certified Invisalign provider. In order to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field of orthodontics, he maintains active membership in numerous prestigious professional organizations such as the American Association of Orthodontists(AAO), the American Dental Societies of the Raleigh-Wake County and NC Chapters, and the Gateway (Dental) Study Club.
Dr. Campbell played soccer professionally at the Under-19 level in England's Football Association and on the collegiate level for Virginia Tech. He still enjoys knocking it around with and coaching his two sons on the game. He is still an avid supporter of Virginia Tech athletics and attends most VT football games. Away from the office, Dr. Campbell also enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, scuba diving, white water rafting and camping. He owns an auto racing company, TarHokie Motorsports, LLC, which his practice proudly sponsors, and of which Dr. Campbell is the primary driver.
Dr. Campbell truly understands his role as a Doctor of Orthodontics. He offers his services to those in the community with financial constraints. He dedicates one day per week to seeing lower income kids at a fraction of a normal case cost.

I decided to get braces for the first time as a 40+ year old adult. Dr. Campbell was an excellent choice for my services! He is thorough and takes the time to explain and demonstrate what is occurring during each phase of the orthodontic treatment. His staff is friendly and has excellent patient decorum. Campbell Orthodontics is a five star service provider.

Dr. Campbell and his staff are wonderful - professional, attentive, friendly. There is a family atmosphere, and I remember Dr. Campbell offering us advice about my son's situation at the initial consult, saying whether we went with him or someone else, be sure to be careful about a certain option because he felt as a dad that's what he would want someone to advise him about. Three of the four of us have been treated here (2 teens, 1 adult) and without question, I would use them again if I had it to do over.

Had to go back for adult braces to correct a bite issue that Invisalign failed to fix. There is a family feel to the office, and I found it very comfortable. Dr. Campbell is kind and a straight shooter, which I really appreciated. If a new issue arises, he addresses it instead of brushing it off. He is flexible and gave me the option to choose just how far (and long) I wanted to go re my treatment plan. I told him "good enough" was perfect for me, and that I didn't need "perfect." I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Campbell and his team have truly been great. The girls are always friendly and willing to answer/explain any question. Dr. Campbell is super thorough and quite the perfectionist. We are 6 months into braces for my 13 year old daughter at Campbell Orthodontics. They are definitely a 5 star practice. The office and support staff are so very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It's such a joy to speak to someone when making an appointment who is actually happy and pleasant on the phone. For our first consult Dr. Campbell & Megan (treatment coordinator) were both very patient, spent plenty of time with us explaining everything and were very upbeat all the while. Some of the giveaways for the kids are really nice and appealing to even my teen! I would completely recommend this practice.

Dr. Campbell did a great job with my son's braces. He was right on schedule and had his braces off when promised. Dr. Campbell also has an excellent staff. They are always very helpful with scheduling appts.and answering questions etc.
