I am not going anywhere but to see Dr. Campbell and his staff. I had a wisdom tooth extracted. I was so nervous. It took less than 5 minutes and I did not feel any pain. They let me know every step they were taking before they took it. I appreciate Dr. Campbell and his staff for the care they took.

Had a tooth extracted this morning. I was super nervous. I called yesterday for an appointment and they got me in first thing this morning at 7:30. The office staff took very good care of me. Dr. Campbell has great bedside manners and explained the process thoroughly. The process took under 20 minutes and I didn't even know that the tooth was out. I read all the reviews as well prior to going through with my appointment, I prayed for an easy pain-free experience and that's what I got.

my husband had wisdom tooth removal surgery here September 2021, and we just went with it since it worked with our insurance and we didn't know any better. during this time, the office staff was very friendly, Dr. Campbell himself not so much. He is arrogant and doesn't take your level of pain seriously. Aside from the pain, sickness and mistreatment, my husband developed sinus issues (which is normal for most tooth extractions) but was told by Campbell that he "is a tooth doctor, not a nose doctor" after dealing with recurrent drainage issues, pain in sinuses, etc. Post extraction, no antibiotics were prescribed nor was a referral given. Fast forward to now, April 2022, and multiple other doctors/specialists later...turns out Campbell left HOLES in my husbands sinuses causing bacteria to fill his sinus cavities where no antibiotics, rinses, etc can clear it. he has been dealing with this for 8 months, seeing other doctors at our own expense. Now he is undergoing a surgical sinus endoscopy that would've cost us $47k if we didn't have health insurance, all because of carelessness during surgery. Sinus issues are normal following tooth removal but unfortunately, i don't think they should reach this extent, nor should have his sinuses been punctured in the first place. Unless you have thousands of dollars lying around to give other doctors, time to endure extra pain, and want to smell bacteria in your nose 24/7 to where it makes you sick after the fact, don't go here. Please do your research, even travel to another city if you have to.

Worst experience ever for having a tooth extracted. His assistant was not very personable neither was Dr. Campbell.

Excellent experience all around. Not long weight times. Everyone is super supportive and kind. Dr. Campbell made me very comfortable with his knowledge and patience. His staff is fantastic. Really appreciate Dr Campbell's knowledge and experience. 1000 percent who I would allow to do any other surgical procedure on my mouth.

I went in on a Tuesday afternoon with very very uncomfortable and swollen cheeks (wisdom tooth pains) and also had an infection in my cheek, the staff was very helpful, nice & caring. Dr. Campbell was just as pleasant, they were able to get me in for my removal the very next morning and was out and at home resting within like 2 hours ! The pain was not as bad as I was expecting after surgery and was even able to go to the gym for some light recovery that afternoon. Highly highly recommend this office and I will be back to get my right side removed ! As far as the actual office, it is very clean !

I had an exceptionally great experience with Dr Campbell's practice. From the moment I called the front desk lady. She was fabulous! She got my son booked the next day to see Dr Campbell and went above and beyond to obtain his X-rays and referral from his general dentist. The office staff is very, very nice and warm. Dr Campbell is fabulous as well. I like how he so well explains everything. He treated my son with the utmost respect and courtesy. He made sure we well understood the discharge instructions for status post my son's wisdom tooth extraction. He also made sure my son had good pain relief after the procedure. I was reluctant to take my son to this practice after reading the reviews. However, I contacted my son's dentist and they spoke highly of Dr Campbell. That eased my trepidation. And, my experience with Dr Campbell ended up being just great. I highly recommend this practice.

Front office staff was very nice, as well as the sweet pregnant woman that took me back into the room. However the doctors assistant was not very pleasant. I've worked in a doctors office for a few years so I understand when something happens and it causes other appointments to fall behind. It was almost 2 hours past my appointment time when I asked the doctors assistant, who was passing my room, how much longer it would be. It was a simple question, no sass or anger towards her whatsoever. With a mouth full of food, she very rudely said "he's with another patient so it's going to take as long as it's going to take." It was very unprofessional. Not once did someone come in and apologize for the long wait. Keep in mind i had someone waiting for me since i was getting anesthesia. So on top of my anxiety of going under and getting my wisdom teeth pulled, the rude assistant just pushed me over the edge. If I wasn't in so much pain from my teeth I would've easily walked out. People have bad days, yes. But it doesn't mean you have to be rude. With that being said, the doctor was very nice and my procedure went fine.

Dr. Campbell is the most'Rude' negligent disrespectful uncaring excuse of a oral surgeon we have ever encountered. He performed surgery on both our adult sons and they both had a bad experience. Shame on us for not doing our research before performing surgery on our youngest son,Since.we are not from this region we did not know it was the same Dr. but had we known absolutely,NOT. Please do your research before choosing this Dr. We pray that no one else suffer this experience.

I had 5 wisdom teeth pulled here, I had an extra under my top right. Dr. Campbell was super gentle and gave me no issues. I had a fear of getting it done, not having the best experience with dentists. I chose to have it done under anesthesia. The surgery was super fast and I had no issues afterward. I would recommend him to anyone needing to have teeth pulled.

Second time I have had a wisdom tooth removed here. The office staff is always exceptional and friendly and Dr Campbell is great. It is worth the drive from Albany and I would recommend them to anyone.

Just had 3 wisdom teeth taken out (all on the right side). Dr. Campbell was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions in the preliminary appointment. He explained the process thoroughly and made sure I had all my questions answered. Today, the day of the surgery, I had a great experience! Dr. Campbell and his nurse made sure I was comfortable, and made sure I didn't feel any pain at all. They were flexible if I needed to take a breather, and were super patient if I needed to swallow. The local anesthesia gave me a weird feeling when I needed to swallow and that made me nervous, but he put an oximeter on my finger to reassure me that my oxygen levels were fine during the surgery. It was quick, and I am confident I will have a quick recovery.

So when i went to my dentist and complained about my molars biting my cheeks she said that i might have to have my wisdom teeth taken out and recommended me too Dr. Campbell. When i went for my consultation He rushed through what would happen and it was muffled because of the mask. So fast forward I got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled Thursday morning. And the pain is endless its been like 5 days and I don't know what's wrong I've read multiple RELIABLE websites and it's gotten worse and he's out of town.

Extremely RUDE!!!! Unprofessional!!! Would not recommend this dentist, nine times out of ten people are in pain when seeking dental help and the front desk staff are the people that attract clients. The front office staff was the reason I decided to not continue my services here. Rehire and retrain!

My experience with Dr Campbell office 3 years ago for my oldest daughter was amazing. This year with my youngest daughter was horrible. The staff doing the beginning of the consultation was so kind then when they found out that I had cigna the issue began. My daughter mouth was swollen. and she was in a lot of pain, however that didn't matter to them. The told me that my insurance required a preauthization and I takes 21 days for them to get to the insurance company and 10 days for a response. Yes they wanted my child to wait 30 days to her teeth removed. I left the office and called the insurance company and they stated it was not required. I called the office back with the insurance company on line and insurance company stated to the office mananger it was not required. She stated in a smart tone well we require it because cigna doesn't like to pay what they say they going to pay. The moral of the story they was rude and even told me that Dr Campbell said that if I didn't pay 1787 up front that he will not be performing the surgery. Don't go here!! USE WEST GEORGIA ORAL SURGERY

I read some reviews and almost cancelled... Rude did NOT EXIST ANYWHERE NEAR THIS BUILDING!!! I was looking for honest reviews from a mixed crowd.... Yall EVERYBODY in there was super nice, FUNNY, everybody looked nice extremely beyond professional. Dr.Campbell was super awesome!!! He kept talking to me to inform me as well as keep my mind off pain, my numbing was wearing off he stopped to see about me instead of "racing pain!" Yes they give you a care bags. After care info, advise...all of that. I highly recommend man! ( And yes I know my review does not sound professional, however, I need people to know that this is an honest review cause Babyyy some of y'all got on here saying anything lol) #ThanksPrettyStaffAndAwesomeDoc
