I just wanted to say I had a great conversation with Alicia. She was so polite and answered all my question and help out a lot getting my mom the appointment she needed. I wish there was more people like her in the office supper nice and a great listener. I appreciate her help and her hard work.

The doctors are great! The gate keeper (receptionist) was not kind. Would not let me see the doctor because I arrived 15 minutes late. She had me reschedule after numerous attempts to get my shoulder problem worked out. Drove to the offices 3 times to get turned away by covertly hostile PC

Nurse Practitioner Harley was awesome! I have an appointment today and it went smooth. I have trouble on my carpal tunnel and she was very informative. Staff are welcoming and the center is so clean. 5 stars for me. Outstanding and professionals

I have been visiting Camino Health Centre since a year now. They are doing a wonderful job. The staff, nurses and the doctors are very helpful. I feel blessed to be at the right place at the time of need. My heartfelt gratitude, God bless the entire team. Dr. Abazari is a wonderful human being and an amazing doctor who hears her patients and their problems and takes care of them. She is like a sunshine full of positive vibes. THANK YOU Doctor I wish Camino Health Center all the best and THANK YOU for serving the people in need, we appreciate the hardwork and efforts of each and everyone of you.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer service . I had several issue before with them but this made me to change my Dr and health clinic for sure. I called and left a message in order to tell my Dr. that I think I have Corona Symptoms and I need to make an appointment but nobody returned my call. Oh my Lord !!!!!!!! What a Careless Clinic.

I was seeing an hour ago my doctor. Mina Abazari MD she came to the room in a rush stood there and did not sit down.... I was seen by the office last year so I was there mainly for my blood pressure pills and I was asking her about a different kind and she just snapped and told me I have a Lotta virtual appointments and I have to catch up so I said how's is that my fault.. to make it short she was unprofessional and I felt I was at the mechanic shop not a doctor office and there my primary doctor so I have to go to that office because there isn't any near me but them So I'm stuck spoke with the supervisor he was polite but nothing he could've done the doctor treated me poorly unprofessional i'm totally miss treated.. I don't recommend them at all especially Dr. Mina Abazari

Came into the Camino Health care Center, in Lake Forest because I had an ear infection and they said I could wait here through lunch and wait for the next appointment to cancel just to have my ear looked at the lady that is in the front was so rude that is she said you should leave now after waiting two hours because they're probably not gonna get you in.There's nobody here in the waiting room the girls are just sitting around

I had an appointment scheduled to have my ears checked and my X-ray results to be discussed. I happened to call for a separate matter and mentioned I had an appointment on the 2nd when they informed me that my appointment was canceled. There was no phone call to let me know it was cancelled and no one bothered to reschedule. On top of that it was cancelled just 2 days after I made the appointment. I have been waiting over a month to be seen. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor and still haven't received a call back. This isn't okay and I hope this doesn't happen to someone else.

My husband with really bad headache and they didn't see him because we didn't have an appointment!!! That's all they say, need an appointment!

I called same day I had a bad toothache that kept me up. I called that morning and they were pretty booked and receptionist talkwd to Dentist and he agreed to make room for me. Extraction for wisdom tooth and one other bad broken tooth. Dentist was kind and kept me calm as he was putting local anesthesia in. He I did not expect same day treatment. I'm so grateful they were compassionate about me and took me in on busy day and with covid restrictions. Thank you!!!
