I was raised in Hong Kong and moved to the United States in 1985, where I attended Woodside Priory high school located in Portola Valley, California. Following high school I attended Stanford University, where I graduated with Distinction in Biological Sciences and Economics in 1991.
After college, I attended UCSF dental school with my wife Dr. Sheila Tan and graduated in 1995. I then completed a Master program in Prosthodontics with Distinction at the University of London (UK) and was personally congratulated, by invitation, by HRH Princess Royal. Since my graduation, I have further my training in all aspectsof implant dentistry through numerous continuing education courses and trainings.My practice is focused on reconstructive and implant dentistry.
I grew up in the Philippines and came to the United States in 1985. I attended California State University in Fullerton, majoring in Biochemistry before heading to University of California, San Francisco for my dental degree.
After graduation, my school partner (Dr. Brian Tang, who later became my husband) and I established Camino Dental Group in 1996. Over the years, we have strived to be the best in our profession through continuous education and training and by utilizing advance technology in our field. We are very dedicated and committed to serve our community and provide quality dental care for our patients, friends and families.

Dr. Shirley Jensen was born and raised in San Francisco. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology and went on to study dentistry at UCSF. During her time at UCSF, she earned numerous awards such as UC Regents Scholarship and UCSF Dental Alumni Clinical Excellence Award.
She continues to enhance her excellent gentle patient care by participating in educational courses in all aspects of general dentistry and practicing in various clinical settings around the Bay Area. In her leisure time.
Dr. Linda Kang is originally from Ohio where she attended Case Western Reserve University and received Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University. She received additional training at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland. She has practiced in Columbus, Ohio prior to moving to the Bay Area. She is a member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Santa Clara County Dental Society.
When Dr. Kang is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys hiking, boxing, and travelling. She is also fluent in Korean. Dr. Kang provides clear guidance for your oral health and your comfort and high quality care are her top priority.

I feel safe to go in during this unusual time. They took extra precautions and have air filters in every station. All staffs were in highest level of protective gear. As usual, they were prompt and attentive. Highly recommend Dr. Tan and Tang!

I always smile walking into Camino Dental Group knowing my teeth are in the best care . I have been seeing Dr. Brain, Dr. Sheila, and the whole staff for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. They are so caring and mostly available when I have an emergency. Dr Sheila is very honest, gentle, and caring with her patients. I especially never feel it when she gives me an injection for my fillings. She talks you through every procedure and wants you to be as comfortable as possible. You really get to build a bond with their staff also. I have recommended many people to Dr. Brian for implants as well. I will continue to see them for all my dental needs. I've also tried out all the hygienists and I can say that they are very educational, detailed and the most gentle. Normally I am very sensitive and all hygienists know how to block the areas with the most sensitivity. This makes me feel the most comfortable. This is the type of dental office that leaves you feeling great about your smile. If you're looking for a great dentist. I highly recommend this office! PS! I love the new office, it gives you a calming vibe :) --

A wonderful place to experience considerate and gentle dentistry. I've been coming to Camino Dental Group for many years now, so long that I barely remember how I used to feel anxious going to dental appointments. Not any more!

I've been going to Camino Dental Group for four years, and couldn't be happier. First, I have never had such considerate staff and dentists. Drs. Kang and Jensen are really incredible. Second, though I feel like my personal hygiene is very good, their cleanings are always surprisingly comfortable and efficient. I often do not have to wait more than 3 minutes or so, and the office is clean and well maintained. Though I'm not in the immediate area anymore, they have later hours that fit my schedule, so I can have a full day at work, drive to the office, and I'm still on time. And, if you take public transit, it's on El Camino a block from a bus stop. It's the best dental office and team I've been experienced in the Bay area, and I'm not leaving unless they make me.

Both have high levels of clinical expertise, have excellent rapport with their patients and run an efficient and pleasant to visit facility. We've been patients at this practice for 14 years. Betsy, who manages the front desk and patient intake process, is very kind, thorough and persistent. I give my highest recommendation to Camino Dental Group.
