Attempted to schedule appointment. They answer after like 6 rings, told me to hold. Was on hold for 2 minutes, they answered and they immediately hunged up. I called right back but noticed it was 2 minutes till closing time they never answered..smh....Bad experience so far!

The "specialist" was just outright rude. I asked him how we was doing and he didn't even bother responding, like okay nice way to make me feel comfortable at the dentist. Couldn't do anything for me, and is making me go to another dentist for my procedure. He also made me feel bad about not seeing the dentist more frequently these past couple years, yeah like there wasn't something called COVID that hit us. All high and and mighty on their throne over there, my man is probably making over $300,000, at least act like you care about us common folk. If you get advised to go here I highly recommend you ask for a second opinion

Everyone was very friendly and Doctor was so gentle giving the shots and very little pain the next day. Such a good experience to compared to the first root canal I had many years ago.

Amazing experience everytime I go there. They are the most gentle place around and do the job right the first time. Dr Brankin and staff are the people too see.

Worst place I've ever been to. Watch your credit cards too because they will charge you months after procedure is done and you won't receive any explanation of charges.this place should be closed.

My mom was here for a root canal and although it was done well the dentist was very rude and asked us straight from the beginning "what are you?" which made us feel stigmatized. There's a nicer way of asking what someone's nationality is. At times he wouldn't let me translate for my mother by saying "that won't be necessary" and "she understands fine". Then he would get upset when she didn't understand what he was asking her to do. I understand people can get uncomfortable with a language being spoken around them that they don't understand and I was very respectful of this and translated only what was needed during the procedure. It made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcomed. The dentist hygienist that worked with us was very kind towards us and patient. I'm not one to write negative reviews but i felt strongly this should be addressed.

Imagine my excitement when my dentist referred me for a root canal at 9 months pregnant. After reading the reviews I was a little nervous but knew that I needed to get this procedure done or recovering with a newborn would be even harder. I was completely impressed. The doctor, assistant, and staff were professional, kind, and amazing. I'm appreciative of the compassion and care that I was shown and would definitely recommend this practice. Any sort of dental work can be intimidating but when you're taken care of by people who are great at what they do you can relax a little more knowing you're in good hands.

I called in excruciating pain after my dentist pretty much ignored me. They were able to get me in within 24 hours and the lady that answered the phone was very nice and offered suggestions of relief u til they could get me in. She called my insurance for me to check benefits and get me an estimated out of pocket. Called me back right away with a total and verified my appointment time. Fast Forward to this morning. Dr. Yee and the staff were AMAZING got me back super quick, took the xray right away being cautious of how to take it knowing i was in pain. Once the xray was taken Dr. Yee came in right away to explain her plan and started to get me numb immediately. Throughout my time there she continued to make sure I was comfortable and explain everything she was doing. At the end she didnt just push the next steps or questions off to her staff, she stayed and made sure I knew what the next steps were and that because it was so infected that it would still be sore for awhile and may get worse before it gets better. She even put in longer lasting aesthetic in the tooth befor sealing it and sent me home with the proper medication and an icepack. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Yee and her staff.

Needed a root canal and specifically asked to be referred to Dr. McGarry. He and his assistants are awesome. Will get a root canal again so I can go back!

Well, as much as one can love getting a root canal. Dr. Brankin was very very nice, and very professional. I had no pain before, after, or during. He was happy to answer my questions, and showed me the results of the X-Ray on the screen, and explained just what was happening with my tooth. He was recommended by my dentist, and now I know why. I would definitely use him again. FYI.... a two visit root canal procedure was $1135........... Have Fun!!!

Absolute trash. Went there and was promised that they would talk about the issue and get advice before anything would be done due to a certain sensitivity of numbing medicine. He started to numb her mouth before she could even ask questions stating she absolutely needed a root canal. We went to get another opinion in Madison. Turns out it was a sensitive tooth that didn't need any work done. The front desk lady is a b**** and they are only there for the money. They didn't listen at all to our requests. I don't recommend anyone there. I would rather have someone that has no clue what they are doing work on my mouth before I would go there again.
