In constant pursuit of clinical excellence, Dr. Bauer is committed to continuing education, and has studied with some of the most renowned clinicians in the country. She is an active member of the Dane County Dental Society, Wisconsin Dental Association, American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Seattle Study Club. Additionally, Dr. Bauer was awarded Fellowship into the Academy of General Dentistry due to her commitment to continuing education.
Dr. Bauer lives in Cambridge along with her husband, daughter, and son. During her spare time she enjoys running, yoga, boating, fishing, reading, spending time with her family, and generally living an active, healthy lifestyle.

Every appointment I have had at Cambridge Family Dental has been great. Knowing I do not care to have the numbing done, the Dental Assistant Selena was very patient and made me feel less anxious. She really help me feel more comfortable. Dr Bauer does a wonderful job getting the work done efficiently and with care. The Hygienist are both so kind and personable. One of the best Dental experiences I've had in a long time.

First let me start off by saying Dr.Bauer and Selena have amazing bed side manners that make you feel so comfortable in their presence. As we can't thank them enough for taking us on as patients and making sure we are fully taken care of, as this is the way you would want it, knowing you where going to a dentist. (Considering Most of us hate going to the dentist) but we are very excited to go back and receive all the help they are offering. The compassion that they show is remarkable. Thanks Dr. Bauer and Selena for making Derek feel as if he wasn't just a number but a actual human being, which is hard to find now days. You both really have made believers out of us that their is people whom actually care.

This was my first visit to Cambridge Family Dental. I've always felt it important to support our local small businesses and when you find out how great they are, it's always a bonus. I was very pleased with my dental hygienist, Crystal, who was very thorough and quite friendly. She made me feel very comfortable from the start. Dr. Bauer Williams was equally as friendly. Both of them thanked me for selecting their practice. I love feeling appreciated for giving my business to someone! I'll be back and will definitely refer others their way!

I visited here yesterday for the first time and the experience was excellent. The entire staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. Crystal was my hygienist and she was thorough, friendly, informative and gentle. I will continue to choose them as my Dental office. Dr. Bauer was also awesome, sweet and pleasant to interact with. I am a new patient to Cambridge Family Dental. I have been seen twice. The clinic has a warm, updated atmosphere that makes you feel right at home from the start. Staff is happy and attentive. The clinic uses modern technology to communicate with patients-even utilizing text, which makes it easy to reach out in whatever way is most convenient. My hygienist is Crystal. She is knowledgeable, respectful and always gentle. She advocates for her patients and really helped wants you to know your options and recommendations. I am fortunate to have followed her from her prior place of employment and am happy to be able to see her at this one, as I feel that the combination of her with this amazing clinic is really the perfect experience.

Dr. Bauer and the entire staff at Cambridge Family Dental are truly best in class. Not only are they clear experts in their field, but truly caring and compassionate.
