Patients don't only want a good experience but now they expect a great experience from the minute they engage with the practice. If they dont get it, its often times onto the next practice losing critical revenue for future growth.

Most view dental jobs as a revolving door with expected high turnover and change. The truth is that this doesnt have to be the case. Millions of people work in dental, and that number is growing every day, with very little investment into them as a person. This translates into a majority of employees working years little to no accountability, direction or mentoring which results in a depressed career outlook and constant change in jobs and high turnover for employers. Keep in mind, these are the same people that interact and communicate with millions of patients each year. This is unacceptable.
